Hosts were very welcoming and accomodating. Property is beautiful, as shown in photos. Pool is lovely. Rooms were all nice, shared areas were excellent.

Just an amazing property. Loved how close we were to restaurants. The neighborhood felt more local and out of the busy tourist zone. Everything worked great and was well decorated.

James our host was so incredibly welcoming. The amenities were wonderful. The pictures that are posted do not do this place Justice it really is truly amazing. The location is awesome you get not only some great restaurants and things right around across the street and next door to the villa you also get the flavor of the neighborhood and families that live there not just a bunch of tourists. Our family had a wonderful, memorable time.I can see us coming back there yearly.

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa in Bucerías! The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location made it easy to enjoy both the charm of Bucerías and the surrounding area, and the villa had everything we could possibly ask for to feel at home.A huge thank you to our hosts, James & Larissa — he went above and beyond to make our trip special. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. It made such a difference knowing we were so well taken care of.We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the perfect spot to enjoy Bucerías.

Perfect place, private while located in a true Mexican neighbourhood with close-by restaurants, grocery esp. fruit and vegetables etc. Pool is fantastic for adults and children of all ages.James and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly regardless of what questions/concerns one might have. Thank you for opening your lovely home to our family!

This property and the hosts exceeded our expectations! I feel like the pictures do not do it justice. The house and yard are both beautiful and feel like your own private oasis of indoor-outdoor living. The pool was a great size for our group of 4 adults and 4 children ages 7-11. The kids spent hours in the pool swimming and diving for toys. We personally loved the location with local restaurants, stores, and a fresh market within a few blocks. I definitely recommend exploring the area in the first few days you are there. The local market was much more affordable than the larger supermarkets in the area. We loved that this home was only a 10 minute walk to the beach, but still somewhat removed from the super touristy area of Bucerias on the other side of the highway. We feel like we got to really experience some of the Mexican culture. The area felt safe and the property was well secured. The home was clean and modern while still having great Mexican vibes. Communication with the hosts Larissa and James, as well as Rafael and the other staff working there were all fantastic! When we were leaving, we were having issues securing a timely uber to the airport and James called a local cab service he uses and had someone there to pick us up in 2 minutes and even covered the fee for us since we had spent the last of our cash. We cannot say enough good things about our stay here! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful house. The pictures don’t do it justice! The pool was awesome. Not heated but it was not needed. The sun warmed it and it was super refreshing. The walk to the beach was easy and quick even with young children. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

This is our 3rd year going there. Excellent location, property, spaces, pool, loungers with umbrellas to catch some shade. Added a covered roof to the bar/grill area by the pool. A welcome addition. Always new restaurants opening up in the area along with the regular ones we frequented. James and team are always quick to resolve any issues that arise. 5 STAR rating from our traveling group!!! CHEERS!!!!

We all had a wonderful time. Lots of amenities close by. Very clean, cozy and extremely comfortable beds! Highly recommend this property

This property is far more than the words and pictures can show. This was our first home stay in Mexico and we were a bit apprehensive about what the living conditions would be like and the neighbourhood was going to be like. The communication with the owners was great, all questions were answered quickly (and in hindsight accurately). The pictures on the listing are spot on, but in reality, they don’t do the place justice, far nicer than the pictures present. This place checked all the boxes and it’s no surprise that it books quickly and far in advance. Our family of 12 was comfortable, secure which lead to a very memorable holiday for everyone. I’d highly recommend to anyone wanting a larger place where everyone can gather yet still have their own personal space. One more note, trust the area, no need for big box stores staying here, you can get (almost) everything you need within a 5 block radius (a large fruit and vegetable market and general store up the road, a large butcher shop the other direction toward the highway, a cake shop two blocks down the hill and laundry service just down the street to name a few). There are aso many restaurants in the area if you don’t feel like cooking. This place is 10 out of 10.
