Private Villa Above West Bay w/ Amazing Sunrises & Private Pool @ Villa Topaz

The house was absolutely amazing and honestly one of the best appointed houses I have every had the pleasure to stay in. The hosts were the warmest most welcoming couple I have had the pleasure to know. They are very passionate about maintaining the highest quality.

Villa Topaz can easily accommodate 3 couples but it was just my wife and I. The villa is located in a serene neighborhood high above West Bay. The design of the villa allowed for beautiful views over both sides of the island including a wide sunrise and pretty sunset. You get sun pretty much all day and can switch from covered deck to pool in near total privacy. House very well appointed with everything you need, thoughtful and tasteful. Chantalle and Paul were extremely helpful and always ready to assist. We had a good time with the steep hill that leads to the beach and restaurant area (it's less than 10 to get to some marvelous snorkeling). Highly reccommend!

Our first time visiting Roatan, what a beautiful island! The people, beaches, food, were all great. Our hosts and their accommodations were absolutely exceptional!

Our group of four had an amazing stay at Villa Topaz. This beautiful property full of natural light, magnificent views and colorful art is a comfortable and convenient base for all of the island's West Bay and West End activities. It is well stocked with everything you need and no detail has been overlooked. We appreciated the comfortable beds, quality bedding, sheets, towels and fully equipped kitchen. Paul and Chantalle are first class hosts and go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. They helped us to arrange fishing and diving trips and recommended amazing restaurants and provided plenty of helpful advice to help us navigate the island. Stay here! You will not be disappointed!

This is a must stay, location, location, location! Views of both sides of the island and a short walk down to excellent restaurants and beaches. The home is a work of art created by Chantelle and Paul. It was a diving trip that we will never forget. Excellent stay, exceptional hosts.

Villa Topaz exceeds pictures, descriptions and testimonials. The location is perfect- close to beach, with great views that preserve privacy; the layout and amenities are first class, showing a designer's touch and a builder's attention to detail... Most importantly, the hosts are top-notch: professional and courteous in every manner.

Our family stayed in this property for five nights and we can’t imagine a better house. Chantalle and Paul were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed (including aloe for our sunburns). The house is beautiful and in a perfect location with just a short walk to the best beach on the island. The house provided everything you could possibly need and was very spacious for the six of us. The views of the ocean from the house are beautiful, the infinity pool was great after getting back from the beach, and we loved the outdoor showers. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on the island and can’t wait to come back for another visit!

This was our 4th trip to Roatan and we have stayed in 4 different houses/locations in and around West Bay. Villa Topaz was the best house we have stayed at so far on the island. The house is gorgeous and impeccably decorated and stocked. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The deck and pool area is where we spent most of our time, day or night, and even though it was very windy during our week, it was still the place to be! The views are incredible in every direction and the pictures on the website are accurate, but way better in person. Power can be variable on the island, but Villa Topaz switched to full generator power without a notice and we never had an issue the entire week. The owners, Paul and Chantalle are onsite and made us feel like we were staying with friends! They checked on us every morning to see if there was anything we needed. Chantalle was great to communicate with prior to our stay and was available for any and every need that we had during the week. While we are familiar with the island and the many things Roatan has to offer, Paul and Chantalle would be a great resource for any first time visitors. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Villa Topaz and only wish it could have been longer! We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend Villa Topaz to anyone looking to come to Roatan!
