Private Luxury VILLA with indoor pool and panorama

Property was even more stunning than in the pictures. Eniko was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 5 families, 20 in total with ages ranging from 13 - 18 with 10 adults. The house is located in a very quiet residential area and has stunning views across the city from the front of the property. Although quite remote from the city centre the taxi services in Budapest are excellent and as such this was never an issue. The house is very well provided before and there is more than ample space for large groups to be together or indeed find your own space. The swimming pool and hot tub were certainly big hits with our kids and kept them entertained when we weren't at the festival or looking round the stunning city of Budapest. Would highly recommend the Hungarian BBQ that the hosts can provide, we had that on our last night and it was fantastic. All our group had a tremendous holiday and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property.

We came to this property as a company offsite (12 people) and this house was perfect! Enough space, restrooms, kitchen supplies and fridge space. Amazing pool area!! The yard was so beautiful and the view - the pictures don’t do it justice!! The ONLY thing we didn’t necessarily love was the maintenance man/owners being on property every day. Felt a bit of lacking trust or privacy. We also had an issue with the maintenance man walking in on someone showering. So next time, maybe a heads up someone is coming/will be in the house :) it is also about a 30-minute drive to downtown. So plan accordingly! but otherwise, totally recommend!! The homeowners replied so fast and were so helpful!

My group and I had a wonderful experience here. The kids enjoyed that fact that they could swim any time of the day or night. The grounds were beautiful as some of us would take a daily walk around. We had the chef prepare us a wonderful Hungarian dinner which was delicious. Every aspect of the house was to everyone’s liking. Our host was great. Anytime I contacted her she responded immediately. I can say my group had a great time. One of the kids in our group asked if we could all come back to the “mansion” (that’s what he called it) for his 9th birthday. So I guess the group will be returning to the villa in 2 years. ?

Our trip to Budapest was nothing short of amazing and the villa was wonderful! Property manager was so helpful and the meals prepared by the chef were excellent!! The only problem with this trip was that we did not stay long enough, the city is beautiful and has so much to offer, can't wait to go back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

The property is even better than it looks in the photos. We had a lovely weekend away and Zita was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend and are working out when we can return!

This villa has everything you will need to a fantastic stay within 20 minutes taxi to city. Facilities are very special, spacious and of very high spec to spend really enjoyable time. We were a group of 13 guys celebrating a stag weekend for 3 nights and would highly recommend to order the Breakfast & Grill Party cooked personally. Eniko & Daughter are exceptional hosts with a special family home now a glorious B&B and communicate promptly during the booking process. If I was to return with family I would stay here without a doubt. Thankyou so much Santa family!

I took a group away to celebrate my mates stag doo. We took a total number of 17 people and were amazed at the quality of the villa. So much so we didn't even both going out on the Friday. The villa is superb and facilities are outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone to go there, I will be returning next year for sure.

This villa is amazing! We visited with 16 people for 1 week for a hen party. The view is phenomenal and the pictures do not do the property justice. The Owner is so friendly and helpful. The services they offer are amazing, in particular I recommend the grill party the food was incredible. We also used the cocktail party service which is fantastic value for money! The bar staff were so friendly. A little out of the city but with great minibus services on offer that was not an issue and the distance is worth it for this property. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Great villa and helpful staff from the get-go. From booking almost 1 year ago, Eniko has been incredibly helpful. Never leaving it more then a few hours to reply to an inquiry. The family were helpful in all aspects, arranging airport transfers, helping us with our tesco home delivery, including being there to receive it and store it. The villa came with all amenities, including towels, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The beds were comfy and the pool room was an added bonus! On our first evening we had a grill party, cooked by Enikos husband, we all agreed it was some of the best food we had ever had! The mini-bus service with Gabor was excellent, as we were a group of 14, it was a cheap way to get to and from the city. When the mini-bus was not available, Eniko was kind enough to call us private taxis. No words can describe the view from the villa. I would recommend anyone to use this villa, I will definitely be going back!
