Private Luxury Villa Kitchen Pool & Hot Tub, 5~ minute walk from Zion Entrance.

We stayed here in June 2022 and couldn't have been more happy. There were 3 adults in our party and the size and layout worked great. The kitchen is well equipped, and the furnishings nice and comfortable. The view is nice in that you get a nice patch of green grass, and trees, and can see some of the towering bits of Zion as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This 2 BR vill was a truly lovely place to stay. Everything was clean and new. The kitchen was well furbished with high quality and new everything- knives were new and sharp and good, glassware, dishes, etc. All linens were spotless and new and best quality. The windows from every room look out on the beautiful scenery. My husband remarked that the bed was the most comfortable bed he has slept in. The gas fireplace was cool. But our favorite item was the fancy toilet with warmed seat and multi-function bidet with many buttons and settings. The Zion Visotor's Center is a 10 minute walk. The shuttle to Zion NP stops in from of the villa. Flannigan's is directly across the street and we used the hot tub and had it to ourselves. We ate dinner at The Spotted Dog 3 nights and the food was excellent. We did not make reservations, but when there was a wait they gave us a buzzer and we just walked back to the villa until the table was ready.

The villa is in the perfect location with easy access to Zion National Park (7 minute walk to the entrance and Zion shuttle bus) and restaurants and stores of Springdale. Lots of room for our family of 5, well stocked with everything you might need (including a kitchen sponge and laundry and dish detergent.) beautiful setting with very nice pool and hot tub. Would love to come back for a longer stay!

Clean, comfortable house with nice views of the mountains from most windows. Great location! Very close to Zion National Park. We definitely plan a return visit.

Had a wonderful experience. We had to spend a little more time in the property because of rain and it was very comfortable. Loved the number of windows and the view.

Clean and comfortable villa. The location is A+. It is a short walk to the entrance of Zion and anything needed is well within walking distance. Still have plenty of privacy as well. A few deer were hanging out in the yard which was fun. Would recommend this villa to anyone traveling to Zion.

This was a great place to stay and the pool area was beautiful.

Fantastic villa for a family. Location is great. The only issue was the listing said sleeps 5, but the 5th is on a sofa that doesn’t pull out. They do also offer a rollaway bed for the 5th.

It was great!!! A must if you want comfort!

We absolutely loved this property. Everything about it was great! And there really are deer who just hang out in the yard.
