This property is one of a kind! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea View Play. The bedroom layout was great for our group and common areas were large to accommodate multiple hang out spots for kids and adults. It was very convenient to have two kitchens for meal prep by the two families.Our host Rob was great and always available for questions or recommendations for activities or dinner. Don’t pass this property up and book in advance as it is one of the most popular spots on the island.

Loved our stay here. The house is beautiful - perfect for a family or friends. We watched sunrises and sunsets from the balcony The tide pool out front is warm and fun for kids or adults. Every bedroom is unique, and comes with a view. It’s well equipped for cooking in, but also walking-distance to good restaurants. Short drive to all the island attractions.

This was our third stay at this property. It’s so clean and has all of the amenities anyone could want. The sounds of waves can be heard from every bedroom. It’s perfect for four couples. It has two full kitchens with ice makers in both fridges. All of the beds are comfy, and the bathrooms have lots of hot water and great water pressure. The Wi-Fi works well here also. Several restaurants nearby. Very safe area with gated property. Would definitely stay here again. The house is amazing and the owner is very accommodating! You won’t be disappointed by staying here.

WOW! This house and property is simply stunning. We had our wedding party and wedding at the house and the experience was nothing short of magical. We will definitely be back. Thank you Rob for being such a great host!

Sea View Play is awesome! The house is very large and had everything we needed with an incredible location on the north shore. Rob was a great host and available when we had questions.

Sea View Play is such a stunning spot within walking distance of the best beach on St Croix. Rob, the owner, went above and beyond during an emergency and I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience. You will fall in love with this beautiful spot with gorgeous views of the sea and incredible sunsets.

Needs some updated. Deck cushions ripped, x-box not working, not an exercise room, just weights and mat in basement. Otherwise rooms were good, enjoyed the tide pool and quiet of the location. A/C in bedroom was great. Didn't need any in common areas as breeze was great with door open. Didn't understand why we were told checkout was at 10 but be out of bedrooms by 9 for housekeeper, but we waited until 10:15 because didn't want to leave gate open and she wasn't there. Called and Mr Philip said she was on her way to leave door unlocked and gate open. All in all, everyone had a good time. Thank you!

The place was beautiful. The scenery was very nice! Nice and Close to a few good restaurants and bars, which made it very nice. It was very peaceful hearing the waves crash. Easy check in and check out. Nice gated property.

We absolutely loved the house. It was at a great location on the water and close to Cane Bay and some cute little bars and restaurants. We loved sitting out and listening to the waves hit the rocks. We woke up every morning and watched the sun rise, and we also watched the sunset from the same location. It was so peaceful! The pool was a perfect size for our group. We would soak, look at the ocean, and listen to music together. It was well appointed and we appreciated all of the towels for the beach and pool that were available for us to use. The internet connection was strong. We felt very safe in the gated home. Our group loved the individual rooms and outdoor access from each room. We highly recommend this place!

Great time in St. Croix with our family-house and location were fantastic with close proximity to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Our extended family had a lovely stay here for a week. The property is spacious and had everything we needed. A personal welcome and walk through by Mr Phillip, the property manager, was a nice touch. We've been to St Croix several times, but this was our first time on this part of the island and we enjoyed it. Cane Bay Beach is really lovely and having multiple food and beverage options nearby was perfect. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking explore St Croix

Sea View Play was the perfect place for our family vacation! The house has incredible views, the shared spaces are spacious and the bedrooms all overlook the ocean and provide lots of privacy. None of us wanted to leave!

This place is amazing!! As soon as we walked into the house and opened the doors everyone went straight outside to look at the beautiful view. We as a family spent morning, afternoon and night lounging around the outside or inside of the house if we weren't out sight seeing. Most conversations always included how wonderful, clean and we'll supplied the house was. Bedrooms offer a reprieve from the heat when needed, but with the wind blowing all the time, the house was cool and comfortable. Pool was refreshing and though we didn't venture into the tide pool we enjoyed watching the waves splash over the rock and into it. My whole family said the house and location made their lives stress free for the whole week. There are great restaurants, food trucks and bars just within walking distance from the house. We loved our stay and hope one day to be able to come back again.

Sunrises in the morning, sunsets at night, all from the comfort of the patio and tide pool. Sea View Play is by far my favorite villa I have ever stayed in. The view is spectacular and incredibly photogenic and the fact the living room opens up to experience that makes this a must stay villa in my opinion. Rob is a fantastic host and was incredibly quick to respond and made sure we had a great time. I can't recommend this place enough! We'll be coming back for sure.

This was our second stay at this house, and it was just as good as our first stay. Spectacular views, very clean. Nice bath towels, pool/beach towels and linens. The beds are super comfy, and the house was above and beyond clean. Lots of room for our four couples to spread out or could accommodate more than one family. There are two large kitchens, 2 large master bedrooms with baths attached. There are also 3 additional full bathrooms mid house. Each bedroom has a sliding door with a sea view. There is a nice half bath close to the living room. Communication with owner is spot on. Lots of tasty restaurants within walking distance to the house. We would definitely stay here again.

When you enter this beautiful home you are immediately welcomed in with an outstanding view of the varied colors of the sea. The view is amazing! The home is furnished pleasantly with anything you could need to enjoy your stay! Rob was there to greet us and explained the workings of his home for our use in detail. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and property as listed. We had issues with electronic gates locking us out and in (twice during the week) as we were not made aware of ability to manual open (only remote gate openers).WiFi was excellent. All rooms had ocean view and doors to outside. Pool was well maintained. Deck was spacious and accomdating.Owner/manager on property more than what we have been used to with a VRBO stay which may not be an issue for others.

Rob communicated well and was informative and helpful. The house was amazing and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the pool and the tide pool along with the snorkel gear, chairs and beach towels! We had a magical week and hope to return!

Seven friends traveling together, getting away from the winter.Seaview play was an exceptional spot to stay in. Restaurants close by undescribable views.Lots of fun activities to do on the island.Rob was an exceptional host and was at our beck and call. I would highly recommend this house and island.

Sea View Play was an instrumental part of the grand success of our holiday trip. The photographs can never reproduce the sheer beauty of this island retreat. The sunsets from the lovely deck were phenomenal and the home was stocked full with everything needed for meals on the deck.Rob was ever responsive and so accommodating. We cannot wait to return to Sea View Play for our next family vacation on the beautiful island of St Croix.

Beautiful, the waves crashing, the tide pool, and the great room were all magnificent. Bedrooms and bathrooms were quite spacious, two kitchens, very nice.

Our stay at Sea View Play was incredible from start to finish. We had a large family group of 15, including six boys ranging in age from 5 to 14 and this beautiful home was just perfect for everyone. Rob, the homeowner, was super helpful and warm and welcoming. He took the time to personally show us the property and gave us some great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The beaches were amazing, the bioluminescent kayak tour was a must-do and the entire week was a dream come true. We even got a stunning rainbow! Sunrise and sunset pics from this trip will be framed, for sure and the tide pool was such a great feature for our guys. Every room in this home has a gorgeous view of the sea and a separate access door to the balcony - there isn’t a bad seat in the house! 100% would recommend this host and property to friends and really anyone who will listen to me for the next six months as I’ll probably be bragging about this trip for at least that long!!! We absolutely loved this property! Driving through the front gate you can’t help but feel like a celebrity. The views from every room were spectacular. All of the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The layout of the bedrooms is perfect for large families. The owner, Rob, and property manager, Mr. Philip, were very responsive and great to work with. We loved how stocked the house was for beach items, there were plenty of towels, pool floats, water shoes, beach chairs, and beach toys. The restaurants nearby were also amazing. Highly recommend The Landing and Spratnet for lunch and AMA’s for a fancy dinner. Cane bay beach was beautiful and very close by (2 minute drive).

The property is stunning with constant sea breezes minimizing the summer heat and mosquitoes.
