Great location and beautiful comfortable unit with private pool. We were provided with free bottled water throughout the stay. The bathroom was well appointed and had everything we could possibly need for our stay including sunscreen and women's toiletries (which I forgot to pack). The owners live in the unit upstairs and they respected our privacy. However, we also appreciated having them there because they were easily reachable for any concerns and they gave awesome recommendations as needed on local hot spots to check out and things to do. They were superhosts that went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. If returning to Belize I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was delayed 2hours, because no one was at the property at check in time. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and relaxing. The water in the bathroom is well water and has a sulfur smell, a cooler with purified water was provided. The plunge pool was a plus.

Ok place. No air conditioning in bedroom, had to blow cool from living/kitchen area into bedroom and no maid maid serve the whole week stay. Did have plenty of towels and wash cloths. Clogged kitchen sink day one. Staff resolved sink issue quickly.

Wow. Where do I start.. we showed up at the villa not knowing what to expect at all it was my wife and I first time to Belize and this place Blew our minds… everything was so unique and nice.. the views every morning sitting drinking coffee outside of the lagoon. Pirates restaurant makes some unreal dishes and the margaritas can’t be beat! Inside the villa is full of anything you need and decor you can’t get bored of looking at.. the bed is 12/10 some of the best sleeps I’ve ever had.. Jason and the staff were so helpful with anything we needed! Thanks again guys I can promise you be seeing this face back there sooner than later!

Since the property is on the lagoon side of the island, it is nicely secluded from the busier beach side of the island. The property is located not too far north of the bridge, which allows it to be away from the busy town, but a quick golf cart drive to the town. With this, you will want to get a cart for travel.

This was hands down my best VRBO experience. Everything went smoothly. The property was wonderful. Our hosts were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend this home. Far enough off the main road to be completely private, yet close enough to all amenities that you could walk if you wanted to shops and restaurants.

Perfect location, out of busy town, perfect for getting pretty much anywhere and very quiet. We loved hanging out on the deck, using the bbq and a nice dip in the personal pool. Hosts and caretaker very helpful and accommodating.

The hosts were wonderful! The rooms were very nicely appointed and there was no road noise!

Jason and Mar were great host. They knew all the good spots to go. They made our trip very memorable would definitely stay again. Take the kayak out bar hopping on the lagoon!

We had a wonderful time at the house . It was so quiet there was no road noise from the main road . We loved the pool & watching & feeding the iguanas .Maresha was a fantastic host & a world of information of where to go on the island ! Pirates Restaurant at Secret Beach was awesome food ! Fun games and great food !We enjoyed out trip so much !Definitely would go back !!

We had such an enjoyable time in San Pedro. Maresha and Jason were genuine kind and laid back hosts. The views were stunning. It was really nice after all day on the beach or in town (where so much is going on) to come back to peace and serenity. Five out of five would not stay anywhere else when we return. Come back and watch the beautiful sunset from the pool.

Amazing location - just a bit north from the bridge and sitting back from the road away from the noise and hustle off downtown - a real sanctuary !!!The plunge pool is amazing to jump in when you get home -we loved pirate house and visiting the Pirates bar and restaurant on secret beach !!!I am so gratefull we found you !!

Really enjoyed our time here. Just out of the way enough to feel like your own private oasis but close enough to everything so running out for anything was a breeze. Maresha was super helpful, on top of making sure our stay was top notch she also hooked us up with a golf cart rental for getting around and helped us arrange a private snorkelling trip. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay; the description is super accurate, pictures are on point. Bed was very very comfortable; we had everything we needed! The location is right where you want to be on Ambergris Caye. 10/10 recommend!

We were very comfortable. If you're looking for affordability and basic needs met, this is a good choice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have long hair so a strong shower is important to me and the water pressure was excellent. Pool was ice cold in Jan but it was nice to look out onto it and the lagoon from the kitchen window. The owners mom works there and is the nicest lady ever. Many precious kudos to her.

Nice place with good location. Excellent management. No sign of crocodiles - we were hoping to see one. Plunge pool isn't heated so, a little too cool to use in January. Excellent SCUBA in Ambergris Caye.

We loved Pirate Villas. Check in with Janet was a breeze. She was friendly and helpful. On day 2 we met the owners, Maresha and Jason. They were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed and even invited us upstairs for Christmas dinner. It was so fun and Maresha is an amazing cook! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Great place to stay in Tres Cocos. Property was clean and perfect for a couple.

Very dark with several structures along the driveway. Situated on a lagoon which has crocodiles.. there are no warning signs posted nor is there any mention in the 3 ring binder compiled my the owner.There were no boundries. The owners mother knocked on the door to either turn off the water or check on the water several times a day

Excellent communication from pre booking questions, check in, very kind host/ess. A small issue was dealt with immediately, nothing that was a big deal, the kind host/ess who was onsite partially during the stay did a quick day 1 check to ensure I had all I needed and everything was ok. The visit was well timed and well executed. This unit is North of the bridge by just a bit, so close to nice coffee shops, meal options and if one wants to get right into town it is very easy. Great shower, comfortable bed, lovely plunge pool, quiet, well designed unit. A great little bird watching locationwith the mangrove and waters edge area. The unit is new, I look forward to seeing the landscaping as it evolves when I return as it seemed to be work in progress. One thing: The unit needs a place to hang clothes, that was the only thing I could have used as I like to hang my clothes when it is very humid.

This was a great place to stay -- very quiet, just a 10 minute drive to town and 30 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach. Was booked with the thought the restaurant out front was still open but sadly that was not the case. Great communication with property manager. Even checked on us in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything.
