Right in the heart of the valley, between Pollensa and Pto Pollensa, you will find this comfortable country house with an olive tree plantation all around. The house offers the privacy and the peace that you need in your holidays. On the first floor (the tower) there is a double room with 5 windows from where you can enjoy the amazing view of the Tramontana mountain range. Outside and near the Roman swimming pool there is an ecological vegetable garden, where you can taste the vegetables andfruits for your barbecue and al fresco meals. The picturesque countryside around Pollensa is a colourful mixture of fertile fruit orchards and lightly wooded glades, bordered by hills to the south and dramatic rocky outcrops of Majorca's northern mountains. Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa and inland to the quaint, historic small town of Pollensa itself.

Summer and Winter fun: Pollensa has long been known as an idyllic summer destination with its long hot days and balmy nights. However, the winter sun provides an excellent tonic. It's an ideal time for visiting many of the island's treasures, or for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers, etc. Catch the almond or orange blossom between January and March. The nine hole golf course at Pollensa is also open all year round. Pollensa is an ideal location for bird watching especially during the migrating season as the area is in the migratory path.

Pollensa Excursions: Caves of Drach (Manacor), Valldemosa and Deya, Palma city, Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa:- The picturesque countryside around Pollensa is a colourful mixture of fertile fruit orchards and lightly wooded glades, bordered by hills to the south and dramatic rocky outcrops of Mallorca's northern mountains. Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa and inland to the quaint, historic small town of Pollensa itself. Both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa offer a good selection of restaurants, ranging from cafes and tapas bars to fine dining. Pollensa, apart from its pretty square has the Via Crucis which is a notable attraction with its long stairway which ascends Calvary Hill, from which there are superb views over the coast.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful holiday home! The house was lovely and well-equipped, but the highlight for our kids was definitely the amazing pool – they hardly wanted to get out.At night, we slept wonderfully, with the soft sound of sheep bells and crickets in the background. All in all, a perfect getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Xisca's property, it was better than the photos and in the most idyllic location. We enjoyed the tranquility and sounds of nature, and our boys loved the pool! We hope to return very soon!

The villa is in the middle of the countryside, with beautiful scenery, attractive garden and nosey, entertaining chickens next door ❤️ We were very pleased to have central heating as it was chilly and rainy some of the time. We always look for a comfortable terrace so that we can sit out in sun, shade or rain. We have stayed there before and will return. We thoroughly recommend it but you definitely need a car. The owner is very friendly and helpful. ?

My wife and I spent 3 weeks here, and enjoyed it immensely!. The villa is fantastic and as described, in a rural setting which suited us. the markets on Sunday's are great for stocking up on fresh fruit and veg, and the locals are very friendly. Xicha, our host was great with communication and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this venue if your looking for peace and relaxation, a car is a must!

Big garden, nice pool, warm welcome. The kids loved to feed the chicken, and to sit outside and play games. Also nice that the beds slept very well. ( kids wanted to sleep downstairs in the single beds) We had a car and made daytrips to several places on the island.

Great house, full of character. Boys loved the chickens, lambs and table tennis! Plenty of space for them. Well kept and clean, it was lovely to have basics, fresh eggs and their own olive oil there when we arrived. Definitely recommend and we will be back probably in the summer time so we can use the pool!!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful place. It is so quiet - just the place for relaxing after working hard at home. Surrounded by olive trees, you can't see anything of the neighbouring fincas and you can sit by the pool in the sun and enjoy the holiday life. The owner - Xisca - left us a whole lot of things in the fridge and on the table - to start us off - there really was something for everybody. The eggs from their own hens are absolutely delicious - so different from anything you can buy in the shops! Our grandson (6) was in the pool every spare minute (with Dad, as it is quite deep all the way from one end to the other) He wore his neoprene suit as the water (in October) was pretty chilly. Our other grandson (4) was the man for the hens - he loved feeding them when we had anything organic for them, The finca is very well equipped - we often cooked our evening meals there and enjoyed eating out on the terrace. Xisca was very helpful with ideas and answers to any questions we had without being pushy or intrusive. We can all wholly recommend this finca and would love to come back again.
