Pretty Waterfront Home w/Heated Pool/Spa + Tiki

We really enjoyed our stay. The property has everything you need for a very enjoyable holiday. We made great use of the beach equipment. Kitchen is also very well stocked to make cooking at home easy. We loved the outside space, seating area around the pool and the tiki table at the water side were great for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a home in Cape Coral to stay with your family…This is the one! We enjoyed our stay immensely, and the house was just as described! It is beautifully decorated and the pool was amazing! The host was so helpful towards us and we really appreciate it. We didn’t have one single issue. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the pool and the bathrooms. Furniture was beautiful. We will stay there again next time we are in Cape Coral!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!?

This property is awesome. The pool was amazing we spent a lot of time on the patio which was so comfortable. Sitting down at the tiki table was great as you were able to watch the boats go by. Thank you for an enjoyable trip! Would definitely rent this house again. Cindy

Thank you for having us! Our stay was relaxing, and the property was great. Just a few comments but by no means a complaint. The app was inaccurate. The WIFI password was incorrect, and the door code was not there. I was told I received an email but could not find it. The person who texted me was quick and helpful. One thing that would have made this a perfect experience is if the tv's in the bedrooms were replaced with a system that can accept app log in info (I get the DVD player took my Netflix log in but it was really really slow and outdated) or cable TV. It was really outdated.

This was our first visit to Cape Coral and we were not disappointed! Serenity was a great place to stay...it was close to nearly everything we wanted, the neighborhood was quiet and laid-back and the location on the canal was perfect...always something to look at! We have rented many homes and villas, especially throughout the Caribbean, and this was among the best in terms of how well it was equipped and its' overall cleanliness, especially the pool/hot tub. Not only would we recommend it but we hope to return again.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Cape Coral Waterfront Serenity was just what our family of 5 needed ( we stayed for 30 days). The house has a great floor plan with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, lanai and waterfront tiki hut. We loved watching all the boats cruise by and seeing the fish jumping. The sliders on the back wall of the family room completely open up creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. We could not have asked for a better backyard oasis. We did have some minor issues when we arrived which the management company quickly addressed. They were very responsive to our needs. The family room furniture is on its last leg and really should be replaced. I would recommend replacing some of the finishing in the home as well such as the throw pillows, bath rugs, towels, trash bins etc Not major issues but they did show signs of age/wear. The house is in a convenient location near stores like Target and Publix. Overall, we had a lovely time here and we would happily rent here again.
