PRESTIGE VILLA 190 M2, 25 minutes from the sea. Étang de Thau, Sète, Pézenas

We had a wonderful holiday ,the house is very well equipped and comfortable . Everything you need in the kitchen ,2 large fridges ,one in the kitchen and the other in the utility room . Well maintained gardens and pool area . Comfy sun loungers and plenty of natural shade . Pool is gated and fenced so safe for our grandchildren and pool has good steps and a safety ledge all the way around . All four bedrooms have double beds and the two bathrooms have good sized walk in showers , there is no bath . Christel and Marc were very friendly and helpful , they sent us two lovely baskets of tomatoes from their garden during our stay and suggested some nice places to visit and eat locally . The goats that live on the property visited us regularly which our grandchildren really enjoyed . There is a lovely boulangerie in the village just a few minutes away but the supermarket in the village is permanently closed so the nearest supermarkets are 20 mins away at Clermont-l’Hérault,an Intermarche and huge Hyper U which is very well stocked . Both have petrol stations . We would definitely love to stay at the house again in the future .

Wonderful hosts, couldn’t have been nicer House- spacious inside and out Comfortable Incredibly well equipped kitchen, we love to cook Very comfy beds, loads of towels Dad struggles with stairs but so easy for him Plenty of places to sit inside and out Outside Loads of room to play Table tennis, boules, 2 little play houses toddlers would love Wonderful pool, heated in April, rare find Beautiful well kept grounds 1 I’m to Boulanger and small shop Pezenas was lovely for a wander, really enjoyed the busy big harbour at sete Very quiet and peaceful, but you’d need to drive around a little if you wanted to eat out each night . Highly recommend this place, thanks for a great holiday

We had a brilliant family holiday in this villa. I would strongly recommend staying here if you are looking for complete peace and quiet in the Languedoc. You will obviously need a car but there are some fantastic towns, beaches and other swimming areas nearby. We brought bikes as there are also brilliant cycling routes (as long as you don’t mind a few hills!). The villa itself is really nice and exactly how it appears in the photos; there is absolutely loads of space inside and out. It also feels like a proper home – a lot of thought and personal touches have gone into the decoration, garden and pool area. You could easily spend the whole day here if you’re too lazy to go out. Lastly we also want to say thank you to the owners Christelle and Marc who were so nice and accommodating. My father is in a wheelchair so they arranged to resurface the gravel path leading up to the house and also provided a shower chair. We would certainly consider returning when booking our next holiday.
