Positano Villa with View - Large Garden and Private Pool - 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms

A detached, private villa with panoramic views, a garden, a pool, and every amenity for your vacation in Formia and Gaeta.
Located in a quiet neighborhood of Formia, the villa stands out for its impeccable amenities—which will make you feel right at home—and the excellent attention to detail in its interiors.

Its highlights are undoubtedly a terrace equipped for dining with views of the Gulf, the islands, and the mountains, as well as spacious, well-appointed gardens. <br>
Ideal for 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa does not include bed linens or towels, though these can be rented upon request. Our housekeeping staff will make sure the beds are made in time for your arrival.

After 8 years of short-term rentals, we can say that our guests’ favorite areas are definitely the living room, which opens onto a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor garden area accessible through a large glass French door. Once outside, you’ll find spacious, well-maintained gardens, a flower and plant nursery tended by us, and a wooden gazebo with a view of the sea. It’s always pleasant to have lunch outdoors here or read a book in the sunshine, even in the fall or spring. The house is very bright and cozy. It stays cool in the summer thanks to its thick, large walls built with local stone (it also has air conditioning) and warm in the winter with new windows and an independent heating system, including a fireplace.
