Pool Villa 2

Feb.10-12 hi i had a great time it was a beautiful villa realy clean and realy nice pool in the back yard and the host was realy nice and helpfull

The pool area needs some significant cleaning… Chairs are old and broken… Pool deck is indeed of a power wash… Water in the pool was clear… communication was good… House in dire need of interior paint… Scratched walls, insufficient, kitchen utensils… we never cooked just ordered out… Evidently the property is on the market… Owners have no motivation to clean it up.

Amenities poorly maintained- the pool has algae growing along the top tile- so much so no one in our group wanted to stay in the pool after seeing the gross algae. The outdoor furniture is falling apart, there's not enough seats at the table outdoors for more than 6, they had some busted up old chairs and some other mismatched stuff randomly in the backyard around the pool. The pool deck was filthy- looking terrible for photos and could be easily fixed with a power washer. Inside there were 2 dining chairs that the leg is loose and seems ready to break at any moment- we moved those to the side so none of us would sit on it. I paid extra for the pool to be heated for our arrival. We arrived and the pool was 74- same temp as the air, and not pre heated for cooler weather as expected and paid for. There are very few cups to use, very few towels, and missing a working full sized coffee machine. The kitchen and cooking pans need to be replaced/repaired. The ice machine on the freezer doesn't work, the fridge froze our drinks and food- ruining the eggs and breakfast items we bought to prepare. The glass top for the stove is cracked in two locations. Out of the TV's only 2 worked, but the remotes had dead batteries in them. To say our group and my self as the person that booked this are disappointed is an understatement. We also had a random announced visit from an hvac person come to the house around 7:30pm on a Friday night. Livid.

The pictures on Vrbo are deceiving. The pool area is not clean and the lounge chairs and chairs are not in good condition. The pool ladder was broken and not safe to use. I messaged the owner about a broken cot and the cleanliness and she said she would send someone over to clean but it should have been done before we were there. She did send someone over to move the cot and the lady just walked in the house without knocking. She didn’t speak English so no one knew what she needed or who she was. Once I figured it out I showed her all of the issues. The back bathroom always had water on the floor because of plumbing issues and the toilets gurgled and wouldn’t flush.

The host was welcoming, the house was clean and spacious. This is our second time staying here.

I have have never seen the place and never will. I wanted a vacation wher we could enjoy ourselves, but it seem moore like we would have been in prison. I think that I deserve some of my money back

The house was the perfect, clean and spacious. The host was easy to get in touch with and checked in ahead of our stay.

This was the perfect space for our large cruise group and the host was responsive and accommodating.

The house was spacious. But overall we left a bit unsatisfied. The location was not what we expected- nothing was within walking distance- not even a convenience store. There were not enough bath towels for the number of guests we had. We also arranged for a late checkout out - at 3 pm - and at 11 am a group of 8-10 people walked into the house for their early check in. There was poor communication with the host regarding this.

10 minute drive to the track, comfortable furniture, heated pool, nice ownership, all good !

Communication started out wonderful. We paid 199 for an early check in. When we arrived the cleaning crew was not there and the house had not been cleaned. I spoke with the host and he said she was on her way (no problem!). We went to eat and came back two hours later. When we walked in two cleaning ladies were standing in the kitchen eating and 3 small children were running around. I spoke with the host and he apologized. At 5 they were all still there. I spoke with the host and he acted like her still being there wasn't a big deal since it was only an hour after standard check-in. He said he would refund me half of my early check in cost. I also told him the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working. At 5:30 I text him that the cleaning lady was still there... No response. I asked him the following morning when I would be receiving my partial refund... No response. I text him about another issue... No response. Overall the house wasn't bad once it was clean, but bring your own towels. Also the driveway can fit two very tiny cars but not bigger cars/SUVs.

Close to everything. Very big house. Easily handled the 15 of us. 10 adults and 5 children. Pool was great. Thanks for a great stay

The property was plentiful of space and accommodations for our group. The communication was great and the space was clean. The check-in process was easy, couldn’t ask for a better home! Thank you!

Me and a few friends returned to this property for our annual trip to South Florida. The property is in a well traveled area near Aventura mall. You cannot beat the cleanliness, location and amenities of this location. If there is a gripe, it’s the 2-car limit and overgrown tree hedges that make parking a challenge. Everything else from price and cleanliness were perfect.
