Stayed Dec 29, 2025Our extended family rarely gets the opportunity to share meaningful time together in the same place. This villa gave us the perfect chance to do just that. Right beside the dunes house, steps away from the beach, overlooking the pool, walking distance to the General Store and Big Jims, bike paths galore ... and the list goes on and on. Memories to last a lifetime!

Stayed Oct 13, 2025Our family had a great stay at the villa! There was tons of space on 3 levels. It was clean, secure and nicely decorated with a beach theme. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well- stocked, although we didn't really cook because of all the great restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the beach, literally a one minute walk away, as well as the bar/restaurant with live music on the patio that was right there as well. We were only there for 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Villa was wonderful. Top floor spiral stairs a bit too much for elderly but otherwise no problem. Location to beach was great. Host Paul was always available and ready to take care of anything that came up before and during our visit. All in all a great time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is awesome! As soon as you walk in, you have 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. They are actually really big. And then the living area w kitchen upstairs is perfect for everyone to get together! Best is every room has its own full bathroom!!! Paul is a great host, always available for any questions or concerns. By far the best host!!! The house is like the first house to the pathway to the beach so you can just walk over, with all the beach toys/chair/boogieboards and beach towels that are already provided by the host!!! Easiest way to enjoy the ocean for sure. We loved boogie boarding and the tide pool that forms in the late morning. Lots of hermit crabs and starfish to look at. We had a blast and look forward to going back!

Stayed Jul 28, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton Head Island property, which is in a terrific location. While spacious and meeting all the basic needs, the property is older and could use a facelift. The owner, Paul, was very easy to contact and tried his best to be helpful. However, the cleanliness of the property was not what we had hoped for. Perhaps there is a limitation on Cleaning Services in HH, but the ones who are being used could stand to up their game considerably. We shared our concerns with the owner, and he was apologetic and very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again, but we would want to have a much better job of cleaning done before we arrived. All things considered, however, a pleasant stay at a nice property.
