Podere San Carlo is a generously sized villa in a peaceful setting, just 5 km from Siena, one of Tuscany’s most beautiful historic cities with remarkable medieval architecture. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. A well-kept garden and a large pool make this property a wonderful retreat in the heart of the countryside.



The house is located where the Chianti region meets the gentle hills of the Colli Senesi, not far from Chianti Classico with its picturesque villages, wineries, and rolling landscapes. The nearby winery San Giorgio a Lapi offers wine tastings. The historic center of Siena is within easy reach, as are several large supermarkets on the outskirts. Arezzo, Cortona, Florence, and the Val d’Orcia are also ideal for day trips.

This traditional stone house blends harmoniously into the Tuscan landscape. Built in typical style with brick details and wooden shutters, it features a shaded stone loggia at the front. The kitchen opens onto a furnished terrace, and the large pool sits slightly elevated with views of the surrounding countryside.



The ground floor offers spacious living areas with original terracotta floors and vaulted brick ceilings. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and an adjoining single bedroom – ideal for a small family. The interiors are traditionally and comfortably furnished, with thoughtful touches throughout.



The friendly owner lives in a separate house on the property. He respects guests’ privacy and is available for assistance and local tips if needed.
