Located approx 2 miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta, beachfront inside a Residential complex, Villa Vista de Aves is completelyprivate & self-contained with a private entrance & pool. Easy access to the beach thru the complex garden & elevator and also enjoy the large common pool & Palapa covered open-air living space on the beach.



The Space:

The villa has over 7000 Sq. Ft of indoor & outdoor living space, a heated infinity pool & a spectacular water feature with 2 giant palm trees to frame the view of the sunset. The main level is an open concept entertaining area with living, dining & very well equipped kitchen all flowing out to the main terrace with infinity pool lounging areas & outdoor dining.



The 2 level pool is actually an upper water feature with 2 giant palms. The lower level is the heated infinity pool approx dimensions 12 X 18 feet and 4 feet deep



The villa design is contemporary with simple lines, with an infusion of Mexican hand-crafted textiles and one-of-a-kind folk art. The name translates as View of the Birds & you will see many sea birds glide past above the ocean & hear birds in the nearby Trees.

***This villa has 5 bedrooms in total. At the 4 bedroom rate, you select any bedrooms you wish to use for the stay and the others are simply closed off and the entire villa/staff remains yours***
