Perfect Paradise Island Villa!

Perfect location, AMAZING owner, in walking distance to everything, very relaxing and beautiful villa!!

Kyrene was very accommodating and the location was within walking distance of everything that we needed. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon.

The Villa was amazing! It was beautiful inside and had everything we needed. It was so nice to sit out on the patio to have our coffee each morning and to have the pool right there to cool off after a morning of shopping. Cabbage Beach was just a short walk away as was several dining options. (Viola's and Anthony's were two of our favorites). Kyrene was available for whatever we needed and she is wonderful!

That place and the house was really nice. As you walk in the house you can say you’re home. Everything you need they have it. Kyrene was so nice and very helpful. Ones you get in at her place she has a binder that all questions you have in mind was all there. Highly recommended..

Kyrenne the owner was on site to answer any questions we had. Perfect location on Paradise Island. The villa fit all our needs. Loved the private, quiet spaces to relax. We were able to walk to most restaurants and excursions. Taxis readily available.

Will definitely come back to stay here. All was excellent including how close it is to Atlantis and Four Seasons (all walking distance ). Loved how private it was. Host was so gracious and helpful. Rental of golf cart was awesome. Can’t wait to come back.

Everything was lovely and Kyrene is the best host of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. She is lovely and extremely helpful to make sure your stay is the best!

The property and owner was great, but the advertising of our unit said it slept six but it did not, which put us in a awkward position since there were single people that had to sleep together.

Great stay. Kyrene was awesome and right next to us so was available to answer questions and take care of anything (like the time i got locked out). great property and great location. 10 minute walk from Atlantis. Save your money and get a way bigger place than Atlantis with an outstanding large private back patio and nice little pool you mostly get to yourself. Great for kids. Even if you buy day passes to Atlantis you will still save thousands over a week. An honestly you won't want to do Aventure pass for 6 days anyway. 3 days was great for us. Rest of time we explored island and other beaches.

If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay that has a peaceful and pristine pool but also beach access that will feel like your own private beach, you will love this spot. Kyrene is top notch as she greeted us at arrival, gave us a multitude of recommendations and tips, and her and her husband were always so friendly and inviting for the duration of our stay. The beachy decor and little extras (board games, fan, first aid supplies, plenty of hangers, books, purified drinking water, guidebook) were so thoughtful. Having snacks and drinks on hand to purchase was a plus. We enjoyed the patio all times of the day and night-spacious and offered both sun and shade. We rented the golf cart and used it to explore the island. Highly recommend this well cared for gated community.

Villa was everything we wanted and more! Kyrene was an exceptional host making our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. She had great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The villa was clean and well equipped and if we needed anything Kyrene was just a text away. We would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back

We had a wonderful stay. It was so clean, well organized, great condition, and everything worked! You had every you needed and the host was the best we’ve experienced in terms of being genuine, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was walkable and we really appreciated that. We almost rented a golf cart, but didn’t need to! We’ll be back!

Ocean view villas was very comfortable, and felt very safe. It was very close to Atlantis snd walking distance to many places, such as beach, restaurants, and a market.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay. The host was AMAZING! She was so kind and accommodating. She really has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and we wanted for nothing! The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, and the kitchen was well stocked! The complex is very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves right out the back gate. The property location is perfect. We loved the private beach by the Four Seasons. The complex is so close to everything and very walkable! We rented the golf cart which was fun and convenient. I felt so safe in the Bahamas which was a concern of mine ahead of our trip. We overlapped our stay with a room at Atlantis and my kids actually asked “when do we get to go back the VRBO?” We can’t wait to come back and we already know where we will be staying.

This was our first time on Paradise Island and we wanted to be close enough to walk around. There was plenty of things to do nearby including restaurants, shops, bars and even the casino inside Atlantis. The house was fully stocked and Kyrene was able to rent any extra things you may need. If you plan on going over to the main island much then please note there is a 2 toll to cross the bridge everytime.

Kyrene was an amazing host—so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We were in the Bahamas for our son’s 6th birthday, and she made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Her hospitality really added to the experience and made it even more special for our family. Highly recommend staying with her!

We needed a few days away from subzero temperatures in the Midwest. Kyrene is an excellent host! She's thought of everything you might need. The location is convenient, and it's easy to get around. We enjoyed our time at the villa.

Kyrene was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make sure we had the perfect vacation while the Bahamas. The house was perfect exactly as she had listed. She was helpful with everything from taxi drivers to things to do on the island and where the best dining is. Made things so much easier for first time visitors.

Location is great. Everything is as it’s shown, great property, really nice property manager and close to everything you need.

Kyrene is an unbelievable host and just a genuinely nice person. This is hands down the best VRBO we've stayed at from cleanliness to location but most of all Kyrene was so helpful with any questions we had and just super friendly which we so appreciated. We rented a kids wagon and yoga mats from Kyrene through BabyQuip which was so seamless and the yoga mats came in handy for our mor ing workouts on the patio. Her place is very close to Atlantis village and also close to cabbage beach. We didnt feel like we needed a vehicle at all and it was quite easy to walk around or get taxi if needed. We will definitely recommend Kyrene's place to anyone looking to visit Nassau!

We loved our stay in Paradise Island. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Atlantis and Cabbage Beach, as well as many great restaurants. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Kyrene was so helpful and answered all questions. We did a boating excursion with Island Time Charters. It was private with just our family. We hope to be back!

The property really is just as the photos show. Kyrene is very helpful and pleasant. The only real negatives for us were the bed pillows (we all have different preferences) and we had to boil water to wash dishes as the water never got hot from the kitchen faucet. We would absolutely recommend staying here but do advise to buy/bring groceries to Paradise Island. The stores there are pricey and have limited stock (very evident on Thanksgiving week)!

Our stay at Ocean Break Villas #9 was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences that we’ve had on any vacation. From the point of booking to the point of leaving, communication from our host Kyrene was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for Kyrene and she’s a font of knowledge on all things Bahamian. The villa is centrally located within walking distance of anything that you want to do on Paradise Island whether that be a day or a stroll at Cabbage Beach, a visit to the casino or restaurants at Atlantis or day trips from the ferry terminal. We particularly enjoyed our day trip to Rose Island with Sandy Toes where we had the wonderful experience of swimming with the pigs and guided snorkelling. The villa is clean and comfortable with every amenity that you could hope for and Kyrene’s attention to detail is evident throughout with lots of small touches that added to our stay. The wonderful pool is shared but we had it to ourselves for the duration of our stay. The Bahamas is expensive but Ocean Break Villas offers fantastic value for money. We found our trip so peaceful and relaxing and we cannot recommend the property and our host more highly. From two happy & relaxed guests already planning their return trip. Kevin & Jenny

Kyrene was excellent! She sent a 16 page pdf with such details about everything you need. She didn’t miss anything. Place was clean and in a great location. Highly recommend!
