It had a beautiful view from the balcony. The condo was comfortable. The host was available at all times to answer questions. I would return back to this condo

Great location. Close to everything we walked everywhere. Loved the beach access we didn’t have to walk far at all. Definitely would stay here again!

LeAnn was a great host that communicated well and gave good advice on how to enjoy our stay. Very nice condo for the two of us, cozy and clean in a great location. It was our first time at Hilton Head and it didn't disappoint. Would definitely stay again if available next time.

The room was clean and well stocked. The location was ideal for us - we volunteered at the RBC Heritage golf tournament, and were close to transportation. Communication from the host was clear and concise, without being overbearing. This was our second stay at this unit.

Perfect weekend with my daughter. The villa was clean and cozy. Communication with LeAnn was easy and timely. We loved sitting on the back deck to enjoy the ocean views and sounds. We walked and rode our bikes the whole weekend. Definitely recommend this villa and look forward to staying again!

I feel this particular unit is one of the premier locations on the beach. Unit itself needs some extra TLC from the cleaner and the owner. Somewhat of a disappointment.

This was a really small condo. It was ok for the two of us. The sheets appeared not to have been washed since last guest, so i washed them. Overall it was okay for the price

What a great location! The Breakers is a convenient spot - you don’t need to get in your car once you arrive if you don’t want to. We brought our adult (20 year old) daughter with us, and it was a tight fit with all of us in the unit, but we were hardly in the unit! Communication with the owner was perfect and clear.

Nice place facing the ocean with great beach access and nice balcony. Across from stores and food so we never moved our car after check in.

My family and I had a relaxing weekend get away. Very convenient location, short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and pool. The room was a little tight but was fine for our small family. Would definitely recommend and would most definitely come back.

My wife and I spent two weeks in this condo at the Breakers. This was our second year at the Breakers, we came back because it's an excellent location for us. This unit is small like the other Breakers units. They are good for a couple but would be too small for 2 couples. The uint is in the middle of the unit with a very nice view of the pool area and the beach. The beach itself is directly behind the pool area .

Fabulous place in central location with a view of the beach, a few steps from the sand one way and a few steps the other way to shops and restaurants. All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Still marveling at how tranquil the environment was only a stone’s throw from stores and shops. Got what we were looking for, the ultimate beach getaway!

The property was perfect for us. It offered us direct access to the beach, a heated pool, and shopping/ dining right across the street. We had a fantastic time! LeAnn made everything easy from the very beginning when we booked. She answered all of my questions and made great suggestions for the area. We will defiantly book again.

My kids and I stayed in this condo for spring break. The location is great. The view is amazing. The bed slept great. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for what we needed for our Spring Break vacation. It was big enough for our family if 4 and was perfectly located.

I took my daughter here for her spring break. Condo is clean and has all the basics you need. The location and size were perfect for me and my mini-me. She loved the bunkbeds and slept like a rock. This spot is great if you dont need a ton of space and want to be close to a lot of restaurants/things to do without walking. In the summer this area of town is too busy for me but perfect in spring.

We had a wonderful trip visiting Hilton Head for the 1st time. This place offers a great location to everything you need. Bring your bikes and leave car parked the entire time.

Leann was very pleasant to work with. She made sure we were aware of the upcoming storm , which was thoughtful of her . Upon departure she asked if there was anything we would change , I mentioned one minor detail and she informed us it would be updated for the future . Great experience, would highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back !

We had a lovely time at this rental, so conveniently close to the beach. We woke up early to watch the sun rise, enjoyed walking around the area and coffee at Carolina Coffee and Crumbs every morning. We did have tropical storms for part of our visit, but LeAnn was accommodating. Thank you for a lovely visit, we hope to be back soon.

Stayed 3 nights location very convenient to shops and restaurants. Weather was perfect.

The property was very nice. It has a great view of the pool and beach from the balcony. Plus, there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely here again. ahain.
