You step through the entrance and the Pacific is already there — pool, horizon, open sky, before you`ve had a chance to set your bags down. Villa Bellissima is a nine-bedroom estate carved into the cliffs of Pedregal, five levels built into the rock above the sea, where every room you walk into reminds you exactly where you are.

The main level flows without interruption — living to dining to kitchen, the glass walls sliding back so the line between inside and outside stopsmeaning anything. The dining table seats fourteen with the Pacific as the only backdrop worth noting. When the evening calls for something different, the billiards room and lounge downstairs have their own energy — cooler, quieter, with access to the lower terrace. The 112-inch theater seats twelve in leather recliners. The ocean-view fitness room is there when you want it. A private elevator connects all five floors.

Nine suites, each with its own terrace or balcony and direct ocean views. The primary suite opens entirely to the sea — you wake up to it, the sound of the Pacific filling the room before you`re fully awake. The ensuite has a round soaking tub positioned against the window with the cliffs and water below, a glass rain shower, and dual vanities. The one-bedroom casita offers its own privacy, with a queen bed, kitchenette, full bath, and a terrace with partial ocean views.

The kitchen is built to handle whatever the stay requires — a private chef working a twelve-course dinner or a group making breakfast at noon. Floor-to-ceiling mahogany cabinetry, blue glass mosaic tile backsplash, granite island with bar seating, professional appliances throughout.

Two infinity pools stretch across the main terrace level — one at each end of the property, both facing open ocean. A jacuzzi sits at the outer edge of the terrace with nothing between you and the water below. Tucked into the cliff itself, a lounge area where boulders become seating and the sound of the Pacific is constant.

Villa Bellissima sits within the gated community of Pedregal, on the rocky headland where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez. Community tennis and pickleball courts available. The marina — sport fishing charters, waterfront restaurants, and Cabo`s nightlife — is a short drive from the gate.
