Peaceful Rural Villa, Large Private Pool, Diving Board, Mountain & Village Views

This has to be the best Italian Villa we’ve ever stayed in. The Villa has been so highly and tastefully finished and is spotless inside and out. It’s location is to die for, nestled in the most beautiful rural countryside with the most stunning views. The host Gail gave us so much guidance including recommendations of .a local chef who prepared a meal for us at the Villa. This was indeed one of the highlights of our stay. We came here in search of peace and the opportunity to recharge both of which we most certainly got. Thank you and congratulations Gail on giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful villa. The house and the view are completely stunning.

Amazing rural location. Just the kind of holiday home we like. Pool amazing. And house has the needed rooms, and amenities. The communication with landlord and helpfulness is great.

Our first views of the villa highlighted it's most amazing location. Conveniently close to the nearby Gualdo,with good road access, and yet located in the middle of the countryside with amazing views in all directions. We loved watching the sheep on the nearby hills, accompanied closely by a large flock of white egrets, the many jays and other birds passing across the property, and on one occasion the three eagles soaring above. The villa itself was very well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The covered outdoor space enabled almost all of our meals to be taken outside and also provided a comfortable seating area. The pool was excellent, a good size and depth, and we really liked the adjacent shower with almost instant hot water. Despite the above we did go out to enjoy the scenery and visit many local towns and villages as well as enjoying the restaurants. Gail was very helpful at all times, and particularly in solving a couple of minor issues with power and wifi/TV. In all a very enjoyable holiday.

We stayed here for a week during the summer holidays. The house is great, large and spacious with plenty of space inside and out. The swimming pool is what you expect, large, well-maintained and plenty of space for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. Entertainment with the ping pong table, badminton, or lying in the hammock, everything is provided. The outdoor seating area with dining table and comfortable lounge set completes it. Downside is the internet. The connection is not too fast, and the WiFi access point is not very powerful, so it can only be used in a stable manner indoors in the living room / TV room. (particularly difficult because 3G / 4G / 5G is also mediocre due to the rural area). Could use an upgrade to 2024

Very nice house, location amazing, nice swimmingpool

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful villa situated in a stunning rural spot. The pool was perfect, with a lovely temperature that was just right. The weather in July was exactly what we expected—perfect. It was a bit hot at times, but the wonderful pool in the beautiful flowery garden was a refreshing escape, offering a breathtaking view of the hilly landscape and the enchanting scent of lavender. It might sound unreal, but it's the truth. The rest of the villa was equally impressive. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparations a breeze, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well-maintained. True, the villa is located in the middle of nowhere, but if you're looking for a secluded getaway and don't mind driving a bit for shopping or fun activities, this is the ideal place for you. Additionally, our contact with the owner was excellent. The communication was seamless and prompt. Gail was always quick to respond to our inquiries, making our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a wonderful couple of weeks at Casa Oleandra. The house is beautiful , extremely comfortable and well equipped. We made great use of the swimming pool and table tennis table too! The views make this a very special place. It’s very rural and secluded which we loved. Gualdo is easy and quick to get to from the house by car and it has all the basics that we needed- including a great butcher who was so patient with our virtually non existent Italian (though we left with far more language than we came with!) Sarnano and Fermo are beautiful too. Huge thanks to Gail who was so accommodating and helpful .. we would love to return! This is an idyllic spot!

Very enjoyable stay, well appointed house and grounds. Would hope to return another time.

It really is a little paradise that Gail has created here. We enjoyed our 14 days very much, even though the weather gods were not really kind to us this year. But weather is weather and we were still able to use the very nice and large pool from time to time. Gail is a super host even from a distance and tries very hard to make sure that the stay goes very well. Thank you for everything!
