The beautiful stone villa was originally built by a Parisian hotelier who worked closely with his architect, applying his travel experiences to ensure his property had everything for a wonderful holiday - most notably that all bedrooms are ensuite.

Lovingly restored by its current owners to retain many original features, this beautiful and relaxing Provençal villa with pool and with sea view is right in the heart of Tourrettes sur Loup. Accommodating up to 10 people with plentyof space for relaxation, the property has been elegantly furnished to create a wonderful home from home.

Perfectly arranged for families or a large group of friends, there are four double ensuite bedrooms in the main house and a separate self-contained annexe, set away from the house next to the large securely fenced swimming pool.

The ensuite bedrooms in the main house are all an excellent size with tasteful, charming décor that makes the most of the many original features, such as original Provençal tiling and medieval wooden doors. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor – the fourth is accessible via an outside staircase - and all are bright and airy with views onto the garden or pool. The separate guest annexe is air conditioned and has a kitchenette, shower room, cosy living room and a mezzanine level with a double bed.

In the main house there is ample space for relaxation both inside and out, plus a brand-new kitchen which will satisfy even the most demanding cook. The delightful living room with original stone fireplace flows into the airy dining room and both open directly onto the terrace that runs along the full length of the house. Outside there are several possibilities for dining al fresco including next to the built in stone barbq or on the main terrace – both under antique beams and ancient tiles overlooking the sea.

The good-sized mature garden is arranged over two large restanques and is full of Mediterranean shrubs, plants and ancient olive trees, offering plenty of shady spots to enjoy a quiet glass of rose or soak up the Provençal sunshine.
