Stayed Aug 5, 2023Really enjoyed our stay; wonderful views of Foligno and the sunsets, great pool, lots of space, lovely outside kitchen and a very welcoming host. Track up is narrow and steep but easily manageable in a normal car; the hosts Fiat 500 managed it no problem. Would highly recommend, thank you for a wonderful stay (would also recommend Spoleto, Montefalco and perhaps a quick trip to the Adriatic which is only just over an hour away).

Stayed Jul 2, 2023We had a very enjoyable stay at villa Sassovivo. Nice pool and pool area, several terraces with wonderful views to hang out on. With a car you can easily visit wineyards and places like Assisi, Perugia etc Our host Jacopo was very helpful and at our service whenever we needed.

Stayed Jun 22, 2023The driveway alone is dangerous and I did 2000 dollars worth of damage to the rental. The pool is beautiful but no filter system so it had lots of debris on top. The bottom floor is the kitchen and bar and bedroom. You have to go outside to use the steps because inside steps are to steep. Spiders were everywhere.

Stayed May 17, 2022The villa was very nice. It was good that Jacobo was there to take is up the dirt road hill. It was an adventure. I think verbo needs to have this in with their explanation of the property.

Stayed Jul 31, 2019The property manager was wonderful; very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the 8 and 11 year olds loved cooling off there on the hot July afternoons. Having some floats available was a nice touch. The adults enjoyed exploring the local hill towns and one of the best meals of our three week trip.

Stayed Jul 28, 2018We greatly enjoyed our stay and our host, Jacopo was very helpful and generous with his time. The property is well situated in close proximity to Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto and Montefalco all of which are worth a day trip at least. The house is comfortable and spacious and the facilities are excellent. Note: the driveway is long and steep and may not be suitable for some cars. Thank you Jacopo for a wonderful holiday.
