Beautiful accomodation. Very convenient

Fantastic location and very close to the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable and overall we had a lovely stay.That said, the property could benefit from some maintenance. Fly screens or sliding screen doors would make a big difference, especially downstairs, as there are currently no screens on the windows or doors to keep flies out while letting the breeze in. The air conditioning in the master bedroom may also need servicing as it’s quite noisy.A few other small improvements would help as well — the upstairs TV could be updated, the downstairs toilet has a noticeable smell that may need plumbing attention, and the barbecue could probably be replaced.Overall a great location with lots of potential, just needs a bit of upkeep.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic — very central and just a short walk to the beach and the main strip, which made everything super convenient. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and really well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Accommodation was excellent and the beds very comfortable. Sea views great. Sun lounger was not suitable for an older person. But other than that our stay was extremely pleasant.

Beautiful property, amazing location. Well equipped. It could have been cleaner the pots, pans and crockery were really dirty we had to wash everything before we used it. But this didn’t affect our stay.

Property is right at the ocean with great views.

We have stayed in this property previously. A few issues that we would like to highlight please:- the house had a strong smell of dog as soon as opened the door! It is the 2-seater couch that absolutely stinks & we think a dog may have peed on it. We purchased scented candles to remove smell in the house and opened up windows .- The BBQ was filthy and required considerable elbow grease to remove built up grime to cook on hot plate.- the dining room lights did not work at all - two downlights not working.

The accommodation boasts fantastic views, being right across from the Dunsborough foreshore. It's just a short walk to town, making it a great location.

Great property and location. However in the lounge near the wood fire and the smaller lounge there was a smell that was like baby poo that we couldn’t clear no matter how much we wiped the lounge. Seemed ingrained. Just for your info.

We had the most amazing time. The location was absolutely superb! Of course, having the beach across the road was a highlight! Also, only a short walk to town allowed us to enjoy meals out without having to drive. The front garden was a great space for entertaining with a lovely view of the ocean, we witnessed some glorious sunsets. The fence however was very low, even for small dogs and children. Fortunately our dog and children are not the type to attempt an escape but it’s worth considering. The house was clean enough but not immaculate. What I would expect from a beachside property. The living area was comfortable but a little small for our context. Fortunately the weather was perfect, allowing us to use the outside space during the day and evening. The bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely recommend this property to other holiday makers! Hopefully we can come back again someday soon.

Each year my brother, sister and our partners select a propert to holiday together. This property rates as one of our best. Easy access to beach and town and super comfortable for us to stay together.
