Palmetto Dunes 3 bdrm Renovated Villa -Walk to beach+pool

Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful location on Hilton Head Island. The lodging was great and the short 10-minute walk to the beach was easy. Janet and Nick are excellent to work with and strive to make your stay a success.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Hilton Head beach villa, and it was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautifully appointed with modern, comfortable furnishings, and the community pool was a fantastic bonus. The proximity to the beach was convenient, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. The peaceful surroundings and well-maintained property added to the overall charm. The host was attentive and made sure everything was in top shape. This villa truly provided a memorable and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a top-notch beach vacation experience!

This villa was clean, amazingly stocked and the pool proximity was perfect! The owner had plenty of chairs, tents and even a wagon which was so nice!

We had an absolute blast! Can’t wait to do it again next year !!!!!

Our family stayed at this location for 5 nights. Our family had a great experience staying at this property. Janet (owner) was accommodating and very timely to answer questions regarding the property prior to our arrival. The property was very clean, short walk / bike ride to beach, community pool literally at the back door, kitchen is well appointed. Interior has been recently updated / renovated. Our family of 7 had adequate space yo relax, play family games in the evenings, and the 4 bathrooms were a plus with 7 people.

This was our 4th stay on the PD resort and this was by far my favorite. Location to the beach and the use of the community pool made our stay very easy and relaxing. The villa was very clean and tastefully decorated and well stocked with all essential needs. Janet was very easy to get hold of, recommending a couple of bakeries for our birthday celebrations which proved a big hit!

Clean, lots of room, good location, and easy access. WiFi signal is a little weak upstairs and water pressure in the main bedroom bath low.

Our family & friends (4 kids / 4 adults) stayed at this location for 4 nights. We had plenty of room in the home, could definitely fit another family comfortably. Home was located in the middle of all amenities. Few min drive to the beach or 15 min walk. Kids loved running out the sliding patio doors to the pool. Shuttle bus services to amenities as well. Would recommend to other family/ friends & we hope to visit again in the future!

We visit HHI often and this was one of our best stays over the past 15 years. The location is perfect with a short bike ride or walk to the beach. Pool is steps away and the property is updated. There are many thoughtful touches and it’s clear Janet cares about the comfort of her guests. Well done!

A good time had. The property was aged. Kitchen table’s top was covered by a covering that was disgusting. We removed it and found the table top was beginning to decompose and was sticky and dirty. We finally used a clean beach towel to cover it. Unit was ok, but as a several time VRBO renter was disappointed with the facility and it’s correlation with the pictures. The unit is definitely old and showing it..
