Palm Oasis East Villa, Shared Heated Salt Pool, Steps to the Beach, Ground Level

Property was wonderful, loved the outside pool! Communication was incredible, every time I called she answered! Would totally recommend staying at this VRBO.

The pool is wonderful. We used the pool every day! We love the location. It’s so close to the beach.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach! It had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella! The pool was wonderful. This was our second stay and I would definitely stay again! We also got to meet the hosts who were very nice and so willing to help with any questions or problems!

Swimming pool was fantastic, close beach. Clean, lots of towels, really enjoyed stay.

Such a nice quiet area. Perfect location for a quick walk to the beach. Lovely pool and I got lucky to not have to share as the other half of the duplex was vacant!

This was the perfect beach house! They have thought of everything you need for a good beach trip. They have chairs and umbrellas and even pool toys, a beach wagon and towels, very short walk to the beach. I love this side of the island, it’s less of a party crowd and more residential. Felt very safe there, the pool was wonderful!!! Very clean and comfortable beds. Short drive to pine ave and steps away from the free trolly stops. Highly recommend and we will come back!

Everything was as described. Check in was easy and all the necessary items were available in the kitchen. The entire home was clean and well kept. The wifi worked great and we enjoyed the pool. The beach was a short walk away and we loved the peaceful atmosphere throughout the neighborhood.

Another year… another great stay! We have stayed at this location several years and hope to be able to continue to stay here for many years to come.

Location to the beach is awesome. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels supplied. Older home but very well kept and perfect price.

This has become our annual escape from the cold north! We love the location and the pool is always a highlight. The house is well stocked as always.

This worked out perfect for us and friends that rented the other side. Kitchen had all things needed, pool was really nice size and perfect t for our group. We would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful week staying at Jonse’s comfortable home on AMI. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach, cook at home, swim in the heated pool, and enjoy the area was provided. The check in process was easy and Jonse was very responsive to the few questions we had over our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to walk to the beach.We plan to return next season, thanks for all!

We love this house especially the pool. My kids enjoy most of the time before and after the a day at the beach. It’s very warm and also refreshing. Perfect size for big kids who like to swim and dive deep and sallow part for a baby to enjoy the water as well. The house had fully load kitchen equipment and fully stocked, very clean and functional, plenty of beach towel, extras bed sheet’s ,pillows. perfect for a family of five, less then 2 block from the beach, well maintain pool and ground garden, the bed is comfortable and clean. back yard is big and had a grill and a table to dine out. Laundry is in the back yard as well. Pool and beach equipment are a plus. I had a good use out of it. We very love this house and for sure will rent it again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property with our family of 4. The pool was beautiful and perfect for my kids ages 3 and 5. The rooms were good sizes and bathroom accommodating for our group. The kitchen had all the items we needed and there is an outdoor laundry room. Pool floats and beach gear (wagon boogie boards sand toys )are available too. We loved the board games too. The walk to the beach was very short and the beach was not crowded at the beach access on 74th street. We loved the clear water and perfect weather! We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this location multiple times. It is always clean, a convenient location with a short walk to the beach, and full of amenities. The owners are very responsive to any needs that may arise.

We had an enjoyable stay. It was very close to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for the week stay.
