Palm Jewel - Luxury villa, private outdoor oasis w/pool, walk to SAPODILLA BEACH

Everything was wonderful about Pal Jewel!

Palm Jewel Villa was the perfect property for our vacation. The size and the amenities were just right for our group of 12. Sapodilla Bay was amazing and just a short walk down a private path. The beach and water were stunning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This experience was close to perfect. The pre-arrival information was the most complete that we've ever had. Also, the photos matched the website. I will surely recommend this villa to my friends.

Just a wonderful place and visit. Owner communicates very well and the property manager is great. We had a bad hvac split unit and the repair response was excellent. Beach is a short walk away and the pool was great. I hope we will make it back. Everyone loved the villa.

We absolutely loved our week at the property. The home was beautiful and well laid out for three couples, with rooms to spare. The location was minutes away from the beach, which was incredibly convenient. The pool area was simply amazing and the house really had everything we needed! Cannot recommend this property enough. The only note is that it is best to rent a car to enjoy restaurants closer to the Grace Bay Area (not too many choices near the house), which was about a 20 minute drive.

We were an extended family group with children from ages 3-17. This Villa is beautiful and one of the nicest houses we have stayed at while visiting Turks and Caicos. We really enjoyed all of the towels, sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, and the well stocked kitchen during our stay. The pool was amazing, the walk to the beach was short and doable with small children. Sapodilla bay is a perfect beach with access to drinks, jet ski rentals, and the umbrellas and chairs were perfect for extended days at the beach. The house was wonderful with very comfortable beds where we all were able to get a great night of sleep.

The house is very well stocked with everything you will need… pans, beach towels, plates, bedding, double washers & dryers. Very comfortable. Very close to beautiful cove and several restaurants. We loved floating in the pool long past sunset. The property manager Julian was quickto respond to our questions. We hope to return in 2027!

We visited PJ early July '25 for 1 week with our family of 5. Perfect unplug, reset, recharge vacation. The home was spotless, fully stocked with everything from Nespresso machine to tide pods to shampoo, conditioner and literally everything in between. The ice machine was my personal favorite! Beds were comfortable, the outdoor space was wonderful, Bluetooth speakers outside w/ seamless connection, gorgeous flowers to enjoy w/ your morning coffee. We loved the local artwork on the walls around the house. Minute or two walk to the most beautiful beach we've ever laid eyes on. Zero seaweed/sargassum. House has backpack beach chairs & a cooler. Cooler was pretty big and would be great for larger group, we did wish we'd brought a smaller backpack cooler. The outdoor shower off the primary suite was another favorite. All in all a wonderful home with so much charm, attention to detail and just so happens to sit a few steps from one of the most breathtakingly beautiful beaches in the world!

Our family (9 people, 3 generations) had a wonderful week at Palm Jewel. The house is lovely, the pool is amazing, the neighborhood is quiet (& has a security guard), & the walk to Sapodilla beach is very short. We chose to stay near Sapodilla instead of Grace Bay because the water is calm & shallow for the grandkids (ages 4-7). Even though it was July we only needed to use the AC at night in the bedrooms; during the day the breeze kept the house comfortable. The 2 days we went to Grace Bay it was an easy 20 minute drive though parking can be a challenge. Communication with the host & property manager was easy, expedient, & efficient. Instructions for the house & local recommendations were clear & accurate.

We loved this villa. The property manager, Julian, was so responsive and accomodating. It was very clean. The pool was amazing. The kitchen was well appointed and had absolutely everything we needed! Linens and beds were comfortable. It's a short walk down to the beach and to Las Brisas for a great meal. We really couldnt have asked for much more.

Two families - 4 adults (41-73), 4 children (8 - 14). The villa was a perfect environment for all. We loved the villa, all the amenities, proximity to Sapodilla Beach and nearby access to restaurants and excursions. We went our for adventurous tour on a catamaran, did some parasailing, jet skiing and a sunset cruise with stops on Iguana Island and Pine Cay. The pool was a very clean we spent equal time between pool and beach. Every attention to detail was appreciated. Staff very responsive for minor issues - responding within minutes (not hours or days like some other places we have been). Would highly recommend to all interested in a safe, beautiful villa, close to beach with privacy of the Harbour Gates Close community.

Beautiful home we were very happy to call home-base for our week on TCI. Accurate listing, very responsive property management. The kids loved the paddleboard and kayaks, the beach chairs also came in handy. The kitchen was completely stocked with every convenience and more than enough basics to get us through the week without extra trips to the store. Tips: You cannot have enough bug spray…really! Pack twice as much as you think necessary. The mosquitoes and no-see-ems never left us alone, even inside they found the sneakiest ways in :-(Sapodilla Beach has very little shade so bring a packable shade/umbrella from home if you can or rent the chairs from the vendors. Palm Jewel is about 25-30 mins away from Grace Bay beaches, marinas, and shopping so give yourself plenty of time to navigate around the island. Our group (2 families with children 7-13) would recommend Palm Jewel to all looking for a lovely home for their vacation!

We’re so glad we chose this incredible villa! It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and truly perfect for our stay—especially with five small children, including two infants. The home had everything we needed and more.The beach was just a short walk away and absolutely ideal for little ones. We especially appreciated how peaceful and uncrowded it was. It made our vacation feel relaxing and safe for the kids.Our host and the property management team were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay here! The house was very comfortable and well appointed. Perfect for our group of families with young kids. The pool has a shallow end for small kids and my 4 year old had a blast. The house has excellent air flow and we only used AC at night in our bedrooms. Total cost was around 90 for the week. Sapodilla bay is absolutely stunning. Calm and shallow and so easy to come and go from the house. We enjoyed the paddle board and the kayak. The management company was excellent and very accommodating and communicative. The neighborhood felt very safe and we had a few close restaurants to check out, though we cooked almost meals at home.

Outstanding villa with all the amenities you would ever need and more! The best accommodations and outdoor area we have ever had for our family...ages 8 months to 62. Sapodilla Bay is so calm, clear, very beautiful and with such an easy and close walking distance from the villa. Highly recommend, Turks and Caicos will not disappoint!

The house was very comfortable for our family of twelve. The pool and and surrounding patio were beautiful, we enjoyed it when we weren’t at the beach. As advertised the beautiful beach and water were a short walk away.

Loved the beach being so close. The water was clear, and the sand was like sugar. The beach was never crowded. We felt very safe. We all said it was the nicest property we ever stayed in for vacation.

Perfect home for our family with adult children. Had 7 people total and the bedroom suites were perfect. Didn’t use the bunk room at all so this home would also work with kids. Included everything needed to enjoy the close beach! Manager was great with quick responses!

Absolutely first class villa with all the amenities you need. Privacy both in and outdoors. The pool and outside area is magnificent! Perfect for family of 10. Beaches are stunning( Sapadillo is a one minute walk and Taylor is 3 minutes by car). Communications with all parties was exceptional.

So happy with our choice of rental villas! Our communication between the villa owner and the property manager was outstanding. Any questions we had or concerns were answered quickly and with no problems at all. If something needed to be looked after, someone was there within the hour and everyone was happy to help. The cleaning staff were also so accommodating and efficient. The set up of the villa was perfect for 8 of us. Kitchen was spacious as well as the eating area. Having two fridges and two washing machines/dryers were actually very helpful. One fridge we used for drinks and the other for food. Living room was big enough for all of us to sit and watch a few movies and football games when the weather wasn’t the best to sit outside. We had enough bathrooms for everyone to use and you always had hot water. Hooks were found everywhere to hang everything up and laundry baskets in each room for dirty clothes. The pool area was the best part though! We spent so much time outside in the pool and had enough loungers for everyone to plop themselves down whether you wanted sun or shade or a place to read a book or have a snooze. There was an outdoor fridge which came in handy and an ice machine. They also had cornhole by the pool which was used a lot by our crew. We didn’t ever use the fire table because of the mosquitoes but wish we could have, looked like a lovely spot to spend the evenings. The villa is only a 2 minute walk from Sapodilla Beach and it’s beautiful there

Amazing house! Fantastic location very close to a beautiful, calm white sand beach. Beautiful and inviting pool and area around the pool. Well appointed kitchen and house in general. Perfect for a family or even several couples. Very responsive management company. Overall, perfect vacation.

2 Families shared this home for a week. Absolutely beautiful home, great location to the beach, plenty of space for everyone to spread out in the house. Communication with the Owner and Property Managers was quick and always helpful. We all enjoyed having the refreshing pool to jump in whenever we wanted. Highly recommend this home and location.

Fantastic house for families. We had 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 9 to 16 and the house was a perfect set-up to meet our family's needs. The house had a couple of small issues but the management company was quick to reply to texts and send someone over to resolve the issues. We enjoyed Sapodilla bay and during the week the beach was very quiet and at times felt like we had it to ourselves. I would highly recommend this property!
