There are three bedrooms on each floor, connected by an internal staircase, with each level having it's own entrance, kitchen and sitting room making this an ideal space for two families. Theproperty also has a home office ideally located in a peaceful part of the villa should you need to work during your stay. There is also a table tennis room. The garden and pool are private to the villa and split across two levels. Guests will also have access to the estate's communal tennis court. This property is exclusively managed by Anda Homes. Should you require anything during your stay a property manager will be available 24/7 Should you require it, we will be able to assist you in hiring any staff that you may require during your stay. This villa is located at the heart of the exclusive 'Hacienda Las Chapas' estate, centrally located along the Costa del Sol. The closest beach is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. The closest supermarket is a 2 minute drive away. There are also bars and restaurants a short distance away. With access to the costal road just a few minutes away, central Marbella is a 15 minute drive away. Due to Hacienda Las Chapas being centrally positioned along the Costa del Sol, it is easily accessible by car. Parties at the property are strictly forbidden, and the host retains the right to evict tenants should this rule be breached in any way. Booking requests from groups with less than two people over 40 years old will have their booking rejected. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
