Great communication from property owner. Clean and quiet. Everything was as advertised.

That location is great. Master bedroom overlooks the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. They made themselves available and responded really quickly. Would love for a family to stay there again!

Some work was being done, so the contractors were there a couple of hours after our check in time, but Mary was very accommodating and apologetic. Easy access to the beach, which is beautiful! Many options for groceries and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the property. The pictures don't do it justice. Super clean and comfy. It is more homestyle cottage decor so if you are looking for sleek and modern brand new updated it is not. But we enjoyed it being more warm and cozy feeling and it was SO well appointed. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and hair styling tools and 6 beach chairs and umbrella and charcoal bbq grill. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom which was fantastic since we had 3 couples. The only negative was the internet was out when we checked in but the host was prompt in communicating and finding a solution. The location on the beach is spectacular and the pool is lovely. We really loved our stay, my parents said the place exceeded their expectations. I would highly recommend!

This is a paradise. Quiet. Bathed in sounds of palm fronds, beautiful bird song at dawn. Views of cactus and dune and white caps on the ocean from the peaceful screened porch. The master bedroom will have your jaw drop. Walk out porch , full ocean view and lounge chairs to watch it. You can clearly hear the ocean when you sleep. Beautiful, lovely smelling, clean, private - salt water immaculate clear pool! We can’t say enough! The host was on top of every detail, I feel we were at family’s house we were so welcomed. Communication, expectation was off the charts!! We have memories for a lifetime

It was nice having access to both the beach and a pool, especially for our young grandchildren. Villa is cute and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed.

This was a lovely property. Master bedroom mattress was most comfortable of any place Ive stayed. The living room was light and airy, and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and even spices and condiments. Every evening as we walked over the dunes boarwalk to the beach, we loved seeing four deer grazing. Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed at this beautiful villa to celebrate my youngest daughter’s 8th birthday, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! The property is absolutely stunning, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The views were breathtaking—nothing beats waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean on the Isle of Palms.The owners were incredibly nice and professional. They provided every single detail we needed to fully enjoy our stay, and their communication made the whole experience seamless and stress-free.We made such special memories here as a family and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Excellent location! Enjoyed being by the beach!

This is an adorable unit in an amazing location. Unfortunately one of the upstairs showers would leak through to the kitchen ceiling below making this shower unusable. Also I must’ve missed that this is a smoking allowed unit. There was a faint cigarette odor. These two items are the only reason it’s not all 5 stars.

Everything was just perfect the way the listing read down to the condiments that were needed. The beds were wonderful nice and soft great pillows. Everything was clean. I would definitely go back.

Came for a long Easter weekend with husband and 3 young adults. The property and location was perfect for us! Loved the ocean view and the screened in porch. Easy walk to the incredible beach- so much space and fabulous shell hunting!!! Would definitely recommend and book here again! Mary was very responsive and flexible with any requests we had- wonderful to work with

We had a wonderful first visit to IOP and Mary’s property was the perfect location. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to visit again and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Mary :)

We stayed with a group of college friends to run the CRBR. The location had restaurants nearby, the beach was outside the door, and the porch was wonderful. Owner was super nice.

Overall, we loved it. Isle of Palms was beautiful, the unit was very clean and the flooring from Mary’s family is gorgeous. We really appreciated that it was well stocked with both beach equipment and kitchen and bath products. My suggestions/opinion would be to update the vanities in the upstairs bathrooms, the kitchen needs updating and the chairs in the dining area were mismatched. However, the price reflected this and was fabulous.

Though the weather was cooler them expected… we managed. The proximity of the pool and beach were perfect. The privacy of the beach made for great shell collecting.The place was clean and well equipped. We had trouble with tvs in the rooms but didn’t feel the need to mention it during our stay.Would definitely stay again. The only thing inaccurate to the listing was the access to the hot tub which was only available I’d booked thru different vendor which I have not checked to see if was updated.Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!

Mary was a great host ! There were no surprises as we had the pool just 15 steps from our condo view of the ocean. Then a 3 minute walk to the beach on the board walk. Very private area and one we will return to.

Wild Dunes is a great place and this villa is in a perfect location. The accommodations were as described and the views from the porch were so nice. Would definitely rent again.

The condo is a little dated, but it suited our purposes well. Nice little pool in back, and right on a nice section of the beach.
