Guests have access to all 5 acres of the resort, Koi Pond, Sauna, Stone Pizza Oven, Michael Phelps Hot Tub, Gazebos, Grass Lounge Bed, Outdoor dining spaces, mini library, and yoga studio. We also have 2 outdoor grills.

Notes

This villa sleeps 2. We are dog friendly for well-behaved dogs. Our dog fee is $25.00. Dogs must be on leash at all times. We are located 2 miles from the Rodeo, 10 miles from COTA/F1, Airport 5 miles, Executive Airport 8 miles, Tesla Gigafactory 4 miles, Downtown 9 miles.

Latest check-in is at 18:00.

Additional Guests: We allow for 2 guests at our standard rate in all units. All units with the exception of this villa can accommodate 4 guests. We charge $50 per additional guest at the time of check-in. Our pet fee is $25.00. As a friendly reminder, we only allow children 12 and up to stay with us.

We understand that it would be easier to bill this at the time of booking, but our third party management software doesn't allow us to have these fees in place at the time of booking.
