One of a Kind! Charming Beach Villa!.. Priceless!

This is our 4th year in a row at this home. The owner is beyond amazing! Very accommodating, friendly, responsive, I can't say enough good things. The home is always clean, very comfortable, great location! The outdoor patio is a huge bonus! Couldn't ask for a better experience!

This is my second stay here. I am ready to book again for next summer. The location is perfect (we never used our vehicle while we were there). Owner has the garage stocked with any toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc, so just show up with your bathing suit! Rachel (owner) very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this home for your next beach vacation. Like the terminator says...I'LL BE BACK. :)

I was nice for a stay cation. We had nice weather. The family loved it. Nice walk to the beach and boardwalk. Mission beach sunsets were great and beautiful.

The property exceeded all expectations. The owner was extremely pleasant to work with and kept us well informed. The property was clean, very well stocked, well maintained, and plenty of room for the 9 of us. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. We made some amazing family memories!

Great stay steps from the beach. Outdoor space, with fireplace, was perfect for the cool San Diego nights and although not large the house had everything my family of 5 needed for a perfect few days in SD. Would definitely rent again.

This place really lived up to its description. Steps to the beach or just hangout in the front yard party space with the fireplace. Comfy beds with a great front room area. So much fun, easy check in and clear communication. I will definitely be renting this place again.

I used to live on the beach and now vacation there several times a year. I am used to tight quarters and parking is always a challenge...NOT HERE! It feels spacious, a parking is a dream. 2 SPOTS! rare at the beach. We look forward to staying again. Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location couldn't be better—just steps from the sand and close to local shops and restaurants. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious living area, making it perfect for our family. We loved the outdoor space for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Communication with the host was seamless, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a beach getaway! We will be back!!!!

Loved the outdoor fire pit and closeness to the beach, although not having a regular coffeemaker and only a Keurig with no pods was inconvenient, no shampoo or conditioner was disappointing, the bathroom window steel edge was broken and window would not lock, we had a lot of flies in the house with no screens on front slider and front door, one of the tall folding chairs is broken and website states checkout is 11am but we were told to be out by 10am but would stay here again with these minor issues

This is a comfortable, lovely location! Rachel has a great place to chill out at the end of a days sightseeing in San Diego. No more than 15 minutes from anywhere you’d want to be and great, reasonably priced restaurants. Little too chilly to enjoy the beach, but it’s so close the waves can calm you to sleep.

This house was in a great part of Mission Beach located close to the beach, bay, and a short walk from Belmont Park. Everything you could need for a wonderful trip to San Diego.

Third year in a row we've stayed here. Cannot beat location, merely steps to sand. The Host is the best! She is kind, thoughtful, responsive, can't say enough good things about our experience. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. We feel so comfortable here. Highly recommended!

We totally enjoyed this place during one of the hot spells. Host supplied fans and spending time on the patio and short walk to the beach made it spectacular. Very nice and great location.

Loved the villa and staying so close to the beach was amazing. We were really glad to have 2 parking spots. This was my first time renting from VRBO and appreciated the host's great communication.

My family stayed here in July 2024 and would 100 percent come back again. The house itself was good size for 2 families (4 adults and 4 young kids). Best location- super close to beach, but far enough from heavy pedestrian traffic on boardwalk.
