Stayed Aug 30, 2025Wonderful property situated just above the sea in a quiet residential area. It has a lovely garden, plenty of private space and all of the necessary comforts. A quick walk down a pathway leads to a fantastic swimming area with clear waters and lots of room to sit and take in the stunning scenery.The Recommend highly!

Stayed Oct 24, 2024A beautiful place to stay, and soak in the atmosphere of Procida life. We loved exploring the area, including the marina close by, as well as Coricella and other areas of the island. Serena was a fantastic host, and was there to greet us and answer any questions. Having the stairs to the beach was excellent too, and we even took the opportunity to swim!

Stayed Sep 1, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at Valentina and Serena’s house. It was perfect for our family of 6, and we loved the decor and rustic charm of the place. The garden is delightful with lots of different seating areas and a view of the sea. There are mosquitoes though, so take repellent! We had a daily swim at the rock pool, with access from the house and walked into town every evening for dinner. Our hosts were very helpful and went out of their way to help us a make the place perfect for us. Thank you Serena and Valentina for all your efforts. Suzanne and family

Stayed Jun 19, 2024A magical place out if time, out of space. Serena treated us like royalty and was available 24/7 for my 50 million questions. Everything you could imagine needing is provided. Like a $3000 a week villa without the high price

Stayed Jun 10, 2024My graduate granddaughter and her mother and I so much enjoyed your home. It really felt like a gracious stay in your lovely surroundings. Serena was a pleasure to work with. We all expressed how we wanted to come back someday. All of Procida was amazing, friendly and helpful. Just bring plenty of euros, taxis don’t take card. A definitely relaxing place to be.

Stayed Sep 19, 2023This house is just as it looks in the pictures: un'antica dimora familiare, where you can feel in every detail the hand and love of the owners. The huge impressive windows overlook a bucolic scenery, with a tall magnolia tree and a fresh meadow where to retreat from the sun. A few steps and you are into the water. Smooth layers of rock allow for sunbathing and introduce you to the swimming area. For those who prefer the beach, it is a ten minutes walk away. Welcome was very friendly, we really loved our stay!
