Oceanview Retreat | Private Pool · Rooftop Deck · Sleeps 14

Our family had a wonderful time in San Pedro at Sea View Retreat. The hosts were excellent and accommodating, and the house was perfect for our large family, with plenty of communal space for us to gather, but also separate areas for groups to have their own spaces. A few things to note for those interested in this listing:- The AC was great in the house- The beds were comfortable!- Bottled water was provided - Bring bug spray - mosquitos are pretty bad in Belize and unfortunately they can even sneak inside from time to time. Don’t let it scare you away though. - Rent a golf cart - it’s necessary. Can be a little intimidating driving them around as they go pretty fast and there is sometimes a good amount of traffic, but there are rules of the road that people follow very well and it’s quite easy to get around. - Truck Stop was a favorite of ours, just across the street. Also recommend The Garage, Fry Jack House, Palapa Bar, Purple Pelican, and just about everywhere we else we visited. - The local people are so incredibly nice and welcoming. We felt very comfortable the entire trip. - Bring some cash. Plenty of places take card, but there were many times I was glad I had cash. - Secret Beach and a snorkeling excursion were big hits. The drive to Secret Beach is a little rough, but worth it. - Buy liquor at the duty free shops at BZE. It’s much cheaper than buying liquor in San Pedro

This villa was perfect for my family friends and I. Our host at the time of our stay was Noe. Noe was very informative, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms and bathrooms were clean except for an ant issue in the upper one bedroom suite. We enjoyed the space for the most part. It was a great experience. I will be booking with Stay Floreo again.

Had 4 couples, each couple basically had their own apartment at this location. The master suite could have held at least one more couple and no one would have felt crowded. Walking distance to a couple bars and places to eat. 1 mile North of San Pedro, so recommend having a golf cart.

Great location and able to walk to many restaurants. Easy access to the beach and docks. Well stocked properly with lots of indoor space for our group of 15. Easy to connect with the host and they were very responsive. Meet us at the property at check-in and did a walk through with us. Arranging pick-up and drop-off for our luggage at the airport. Could have more seating options at the pool for larger groups. Only had one key for each door. Hard with a large group to organize keys. Coded key lock boxes would be great for large groups. We would book this property again.

My husband and I stayed last week with four other couples. We absolutely loved it. There was plenty of space for everyone to either come together or enjoy some solitude. The pool area was actually larger than I expected and the entire area accommodated our group without crowding. Communication was easy and responses were always prompt. We also appreciated management letting our friends that arrived before us check in early. Water pressure was great, AC units worked perfectly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. Our only suggestion would be to provide some hangers for clothing in all of the units. Other than that, we have no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We used the entire place for a week for 11 people. Clean, safe, convenient, comfortable, and well equipped.
