Entirely remodeled, tastefully decorated, and some of the best beach views that you can get at The Spa on Port Royal Sound!

This 2nd floor 1 bedroom/1bath is perfect for 2 people, but it can comfortably sleep a family of 4. Stainless Steel appliances, quartz counter tops, an island, pots & pans, and utensils make this bungalow perfect for a weekend getaway or extended snowbird stay!



This renovated 1BR, 1 bath villa is ready for your romantic getaway or island escape! Beachside, this villa offers sunrise views of Port Royal Sound & the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. Fully renovated, the second-floor villa has a full kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining bar that seats 4. This beauty has 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, a hallway twin, and a comfy sofa in the living room. Televisions are available in the living room and bedroom. You are only steps to 1 of the 3 pools on the property. This unit is complete with an in-unit washer and dryer. A perfect escape in a natural setting away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy places on the island, yet only minutes from shopping, dining, and activities.



***We are located on the second-floor requiring traversing two flights of stairs... which are a breeze... but wanted to make sure any wheelchair or mobility concerns are noted. There are no elevators at The Spa.***



**The outdoor pools are open April 1- October 31. The indoor pool is open year round.**



The Spa at Port Royal Sound is located as the Atlantic Ocean turns up into the Port Royal Sound on the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. Relax as the ocean waters roll onto the sands surrounding the villa or spend the day beachcombing for seashells and other treasures. If you prefer larger waves and umbrella lined beaches, there are public beach access points just minutes from the Spa. This gated community includes 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, picnic/BBQ area, basketball court, and beach with a pier. Please note: outdoor pools close for the season on Oct 30. Sundeck of mid pool will remain open, weather permitting!  



Our villa is best suited for business travelers, romantic getaways or a couple with small children.



The Spa On Port Royal Sound is a hidden treasure! Located in a secluded area of Hilton Head Island, SC. The Spa is nestled between two historic parks - Fish Haul Park and Mitchellville Park. The beach is in a nature preserve and bird sanctuary, offering a wide variety of wildlife to watch and enjoy. The beautifully landscaped gardens and lagoons create the feel of a tropical paradise right outside your villa. The Spa connects directly to Hilton Head’s bike trails. The miles of paths cover virtually the entire Island. Within a short distance from The Spa, there are several Atlantic beachfront public parks with showers, restrooms, and picnic areas. The Island boasts over 20 public golf courses, too many great restaurants to count, movie theaters, and other exciting vacation activities. In addition, there is always an amazing Outlet shopping experience awaiting you, as well as quite a few boutiques, thrift, and local shops closeby to find your HHI treasures before you head back home!



You can dig for clams on our beaches from October through May, but, you will need a fishing license!! You can purchase the license online or at locations on the island! SC DNR license purchase - check them out online!



Parking is unassigned. A parking pass will be available at the security gate for pick-up. Please be prepared with $25 payable by credit card for the first pass. If you require a second pass (the maximum allowed), it is an additional $25 at the security gate.





Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes one set of bath towels for each guest, travel-size bathroom toiletries & two(2) toilet paper rolls for the bathroom. Beds will be made for you with one(1) set of clean bed linens for each bed. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs of laundry & dish detergent, dish soap, one(1) paper towel roll, coffee filters and trash bags, and a dishtowel. We do not restock these items during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

The community is gated and your parking pass will be provided at the front security gate upon arrival with ID and $25 payable by credit card. All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay.     The beach was right there! I loved watching sunrises and sunsets daily. This has everything you'd need for a peaceful beach getaway. The host was so responsive and proactive. I think this may be a new holiday tradition!

    Great room. Our only complaint is that the sofa is way too small for adults. Very narrow. And the chairs in the den couldn’t be arranged to watch TV. Other than that, it was an excellent experience

    HAD TROUBLE WITH A DOOR LOCK HAD LOCAL MGMT OPEN DOOR LOCK THEN WAS LECTURED ON HOW INTERIOR DOOR LOCKS WORK !!LOCK WAS BROKEN PREVIOUSLYWASHER WAS NOT PERFORMING PROPERLYAS IT WAS SMALL ONLY ATTEMPTED TO WASH 3 TOWELS. STILL OUT OF BALANCE AGAIN WAS LECTURED AS TO USING WASHER !!ROOM WAS GREAT MGMT FOR PROPERTY RESPONSE WAS POOR

    Best view around. Would return again. No issues and no problems with community. Easy access and very private. Just what we were looking for. The low tides let you explore a lot of the ocean treasures.

    We loved being able to walk outside right to the beach and the condo’s location was right across from a great local grocery store. Security was super helpful and friendly and the grilling area was very clear and well stocked. I’d definitely return on our next trip.

    The listing was perfect for my family of three (child 10). The complex was as pictured and the atmosphere as expected. Easy to find and easy check in process, the gate security attendants were very friendly and helpful. Close parking to the unit was hit or miss however, there was ample parking nearby and within short walking distance. The view was amazing and the weather was even better. We had a great time exploring the ocean and wildlife while soaking up the sun. The unit was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could need for a relaxing stay.

    It was very dirty in certain places in the room. The top of the bedroom nightstand was disgusting. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom still. The bed in the hallway had dirty sheets on the bed. It was full of hair and other dirt and sand. The room was very cute, offered plenty of space and comfort. Pool was not heated as mentioned. Outdoor pool was closed part of our time there and dirty with no net to clean it.putselves.

    Upon first walking into this property I was surprised at how small it was. However, the size was just fine for just the two of us. The property was clean and well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen. It was a very quiet area of Hilton Head, and beach walks were somewhat limited. We found the beaches further south much more beach walking friendly but it is only a short drive, so it wasn't any big deal. I would certainly consider renting the property again.

    I went to HHI for work and rented the unit mainly for myself. Work was cut short so my husband joined me for a little vacation. The unit was perfect for me and was just as great for my husband and I together. Will rent again!! Very clean and easy to communicate with the property manager!

    We really enjoyed the view of the ocean! The condo’s view was so peaceful, and there were many birds and butterflies which added to the ambience. The Spa at Port Royale is a little off the beaten path, but only about 10 minutes to get to most amenities. The Spa at Port Royale was older, but it had a really quiet and peaceful vibe which was wonderful. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and playing tennis at the complex. The kitchen was very nice and had good amenities. There were only two things we didn’t like- the bedroom and some noise from the unit above. The bedroom felt a little old. It could use an update on bedding, and it wasn’t the comfiest bed. We did hear some noise from the unit above. I think it is a rental unit right above. So someone is not always there, but we hit it while someone was staying above. We could hear them moving around at times, and it did wake us up in the morning. That was a bummer. The Rental agency was wonderful to work with. They communicated great and accommodated us quickly when we reached out. They were great to work with and want to provide a great experience for their guests!

    The unit was clean and comfortable. The bed especially was very comfortable. The view was amazing! We spent a lot of time in the balcony enjoying the view. The location made it easy to get to island attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

    The only concern with our stay was the parking situation, it was very frustrating coming back to our room and having to park multiple BUILDINGS away due to other tenants wanting a closer spot to the beach. Room numbers should coordinate with parking spots, and if two or more vehicles are driven then it should be come, first serve for the EXTRA vehicles.
