    We stayed for a week at POV June/July 2025 and cannot say enough good things about it! The location of the property was perfectly suited - in a gated community with awesome amenities to enjoy (a beautiful restaurant, pool, private beach, a fitness center, pickleball and tennis - and we took advantage of almost all of it!).Kathy (the owner) and Anna (the property manager) were amazing, thorough, timely and attentive in all their communication before and during our stay. They provided TONS of info in advance and answered any and all questions we had during our stay, even reaching out proactively to check in! The listing is incredibly accurate (unlike some listings you find where they used trick angles or the pics are outdated), and the outdoor space was truly awesome - tons of sitting areas and our own private dock! All the rooms were very comfortable, the (much needed at times!) AC was very effective (the property has three separate thermostats!) and the linens were all very nice as well. The kitchen was well stocked with basics and we had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. If visiting Exuma, you will NOT be disappointed with renting this property, I highly recommend Point of View!

    Kathy was great with helping us understand all that was available on the island. We were communicating before and throughout our stay. She gave us many Pro-tips that were invaluable. She helped us have an unforgettable week! The house was well stocked with all of the extra's (snorkels, spikeball, beach chairs, and more) that made this party of 9 people, including 4 teens, have a wonderful week! Thank you!

    We traveled with 8 couples (rented two houses) for a few of our 50th birthday celebrations. It was an amazing trip. Point of View was the perfect house to rent. Amazing views, well stocked inside and out, great communication and the perfect location. Our other house had a pool but we realized quickly we didn’t need the pool and enjoyed the dock and all water sport toys this home provided. We docked a boat in the slip provided and were able to pick up/ drop off guests at house dock. The water taxi will also pick you up right at the dock. One evening the island lost power. Thankfully Point of View had a generator. We plan to return and stay in this house next time we visit.

    This was an amazing house! There was plenty of room for our two families and the views were amazing. We had groceries delivered before we got there and Luke was great with setting everything up for us! There were power outages on the island, but it was seamless with the full generator there and you never noticed! They were doing water main pipe construction on the island also during our stay, but there was a reserve water tank and the owners were great with communication regarding this! I would definitely recommend Point of View!!!

    Enjoyed this home so much. Great location, wonderful resort with great amenities. But really appreciated the home owner sharing all their beach/vacay toys and supplies. There were ice chests, bug spray, sunscreen, beach blankets, beach toys/paddles, beach chairs, etc… you name it they had it. They could have locked it up like many home owners do but we really appreciate them trusting us with these items. No one wants to pack all of these things. The home was lovely, beds comfy and a/c worked great. All in all would stay here again without hesitation.

    We had a marvelous time at this house. Well-kept, owner was proactive and helpful both pre trip and during our stay. Beds were comfy enough, and the house was well-stocked. Having a slip for our rental boat was a major benefit. The only caution flag I have is you do need a rental car. It’s pretty removed from George Town proper, and the only nearby dining is Rusty Anchor, which can easily average $50+ per person for dinner and is closed two days a week. It’s hard to provision for a week’s worth of food from Exuma Markets — it is dependent on the mail boat and often doesn’t have things you might need to cook. And it’s expensive, too. The other thing to point out is George Town is expensive. Frozen drinks can average more than $10; dinner entrees closer to $30. I don’t think my family of five spent less than $200 at a sit-down; even an awful burger and drinks at the beach bars ended up more than $120 after tip. So budget that if you’re going. But it is the prettiest collection of beaches in the Americas, as far as I’m concerned. If you rent a boat, finding a beautiful deserted beach is simply a matter of pointing. That balances out the cost and any other complaints. And if you’re going, it wound be hard to hope for a better place to stay than Point of View.

    Our family of six, 3 generations, had a great time staying at Point of View. Kathy was very communicative before our stay and easily reached if we had a question while we were there. The home was beautiful, very clean, roomy, and had all the toys to keep us busy. The day dock and marina slip were great for our boat rental days! The views were excellent form the balconies and the decks. The pools and the restaurant right in February Point were very close by and enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone going to stay on Exuma!
