We spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at this villa in St. Thomas. The home is located in a gated community, so we felt very safe and private throughout our stay. The three bedrooms were an ideal setup for our group of six. We loved relaxing in the beautiful villa and taking in the stunning views of the ocean, nearby islands, and the lovely amenities. The location also made it easy to shop for groceries and head out for activities. The property management team was very responsive and answered all of our questions both before and during our visit. We highly recommend this property to other guests and would gladly stay here again next time. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay.

The property is as described. Yes that is your view everyday! Indeed, you need to not have any mobility issues as there are quite a few stairs down to the main house from where you park your car. The kitchen was well supplied as was the rest of the house. The pool was great for beginning and ending the day and there are shaded spots to sit during the high noon sun. The property manager was one of our best experiences in communications when we had questions or needed something done. We would highly recommend this property and we are starting to plan our return trip already.

House was great. Very spacious setup with 3 separate sleeping quarters makes for excellent privacy. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 daughters aged 11. We were a little concerned with the arrangement (having each daughter in there own little apartment), but found the area to be very secure with a gate to enter the community and another at the top of the property, and the general safe vibe of the neighborhood. House was clean, view was beautiful, AC was strong, grill was super useful (go to Mo's to get the Black Angus Filet Mignon), Magen's bay is about a 5 minute drive away (go after 5:30 avoid the parking fee and enjoy a beautiful sunset). Stairs make loading a bit tough if you have heavy luggage, but understandable considering the construction of the property on the cliffside location. Pool was used everyday. Lots of balconies to enjoy morning coffee and sunsets. Kitchen well stocked with professional toaster oven and K cup coffee, Would definitely come back

We stayed for 7 nights, just my husband and I. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. The concierge team was helpful with suggestions for dinners and excursions. She booked a massage for me at the house. It was nice! We enjoyed the views and pool at the property. It was wonderful to have the option to enjoy the views and have privacy without leaving the house. This property is not well suited for the elderly, young children or anyone with disabilities due to the 6 flights of stairs. They are well lit at night. It was not an issue for us. We enjoyed the walk to the main house, nicely landscaped, lots of butterflies and small wildlife to see. The beds are firm which was good for us but a bit more than our mattress at home. There are beach chairs, floats, small toys for kids to enjoy at the beach. There is also a gas grill. Each bedroom is it’s separate structure which makes this property perfect for families with older children or for multiple couples. One room of the 3 does not have an ocean view. The temp stayed cool with the wall ac units as well as a window AC in the main house. Every window in the house had a gorgeous view that was magical! Nice view of a small, island Hans Lollik. This property is very convenient to Magen’s. Probably a mile but it takes 5 minutes to drive it bc the roads are awful throughout the island. We had an absolutely wonderful time here! Our favorite place so far! The water is so clear and beautiful! Very comfortable!

We had a lovely stay and the villa at some of the best views I have ever seen. It was great and gorgeous way to wake up every day! Our teens loved the pool and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. We loved the area and how close it was to Magen’s Bay.

This villa is beautiful with a great location! All amenities included with a nice pool and hot tub. Carrie had quick response to my texts and we enjoyed staying at the villa. Highly recommend!

We were all taken back by the views this place has to offer....rocky beaches below the house, beautiful view of other islands, boats going past the house, pelicans flying by, iguanas on the rocks, palm trees, and the sound of waves hitting the rocks all night long! The layout of the house offers room to stretch out and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all tools we needed during our stay. There are two gas grills on the patios. The grills had extra propane tanks. They really thought of everything we might need during our stay. The location of the house allowed us to easily bounce from beach to beach. Megans beach is the closest beach to the house, but all are accessible. Red Hook is also easy to get to if you want to take a ferry to St John. You will definitely need a vehicle when staying at this house. We would suggest renting a Jeep, as the island roads can get rough. There are a lot of stairs to get from the road to this house. This is not a place for someone who has mobility issues. The house is behind a gated entry, which gave us a feeling of security. There is a gate by the parking area at the top of the stairs as well. We felt 100% safe at all times. The house has a generator which kicks on automatically when there is a power outage. We only experienced one outage while we were there. The pool and hot tub were excellent! We would absolutely rent this place again!

The property is beautiful There a lot of steps The only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the shower on the 3rd floor. We did not know the showers for the rooms on the 3rd and bottom floor were outdoor. It did take a bit if adjusting only because it was not mentioned on the description of the house. We only got in the pool once as there too many mosquitos. We spent most of our time on the beach. It it’s located on top of a mountain with beautiful views.

Our stay was exceptional, especially during a storm that knocked out power on parts of the islands. The generator we didn’t know was there until we needed it turned on immediately and ran everything! Such a terrific surprise. The privacy and cozy feel of Crosswinds was excellent, the pool was our favorite way to spend the hot and humid Carribean days!
