The Mar Vista community is pristine and the restaurant with an infinity pool at the bar is an added bonus. Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this private villa in Mar Vista. The location was great for our first two nights in Costa Rica. Private and close to the Gracia restaurant (we walked each night) and the staff there are friendly and welcoming. The food was really yummy too! The private pool at the villa was clean and refreshing and we used it a lot! This villa is very clean and well maintained. We loved the open concept design which made the villa seem very large. The beach is a 40 mins. walk, and there is a distant sea view from the villa. We felt very safe here. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a modern clean villa with a private pool in a safe location. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay in Costa Rica!

Amazing relaxing house with all the amenities you could ask for. Great pool. Great location. In the center of so many beautiful beaches, and restaurants galore.

Everything in the home was practically new with every amenity a family could want. We loved the private infinity pool and deck! The property manager was always available whenever we had any questions. We would definitely come back again and would recommend it to others.

Large open concept living room/kitchen, with incredible views towards the coast out of the huge dual sliding glass doors. Great place to watch the lightning storms as they pass by. The bedrooms are also spacious and comfortable. Each with their own sliding glass doors to enjoy the views, and access the backyard and infinity pool. Each bedroom also has its own large double sink bathroom with a huge shower. The bedrooms provide great privacy, as they are situated across the living room from each other. Having our own washer and dryer was also very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this vacation rental.

There is so much to do nearby including hiking trails, pickleball, mountain biking, and many great beaches nearby. This is a fantastic home to stay in and the peace and quiet is wonderful.
