Stayed Dec 29, 2025Great and fast communication, regardless of time! She was always reachable!!! Location is fairly close to El Tunco (tourist area) and in a gated community and the house also has an additional manual gate.The views from the property are amazing and the house has a large and beautiful pool. Well kept large grounds. The kitchen and appliances are a little dated and an AC unit in the kitchen/dining would be helpful. Window screens would be nice as we had a lot of insects in the bathrooms (windows closed) and included a scorpion in the kitchen. The parking on the slope and no stairs is a challenge for older people as well as young kids. Needless to say, we got our exercise daily going up the parking and main door entrance ramp.
