Ocean Paradise, 35 Steps into sea! Private Pool,Beach-10min Walk, Near Atlantis!

This was an excellent rental, located in a great location. Access to the ocean out the back door was a huge plus. Relatively close to Nassau if you want to rent a charter or visit a resort. Great place to relax and enjoy the Bahamas.

The place was clean, and well kept. Having the pool for when low tide was, was wonderful. Loved waking up to the sound of the water was such a blessing!

We loved our 7 days here. Most everything worked as its described. The morning sunrise is the best view on the island. Only down side is the pans are not non stick so cooking was a little challenge at first. It's in a Very quiet neighborhood and we had manta and spotted eagle rays swim by every morning. The beach just up the road is the nicest one around it.

Our stay at this oceanfront villa was absolutely perfect. The property is even more stunning than the photos—breathtaking views, relaxing ocean breezes, and total privacy. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort, from the spacious bedrooms to the fully equipped kitchen. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and dining outdoors each evening. Ideal for couples or small groups—truly a five-star experience. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect location for our family of 5. We loved the ocean view and the pool. It was convenient to the grocery stores and an easy drive to downtown. Totally recommend!

Great - little far from the main activities and it took a while to get the code to get in but the house and view were beautiful!

We loved the house, especially the pool! We swam in the pool every day. The house was clean, well stocked, and being right on the water was spectacular! The host was great to work with. She was helpful and attentive. Check in was easy. And she allowed for us to check out late the day we left too. We absolutely loved our stay!

We spent a week at the end of May. The home is well appointed. Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Towels galore. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The villa was pretty much as described in the listing. Cathy was a superb host who dealt with minor issues promptly and efficiently, going above and beyond what was required to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. A car is essential in order to get to supermarkets and Nassau, which is just 15-20 minutes away.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The only issue was the inflateable kayaks had leaks in them and were unusable. We didn't much day time at the house anyway.Family had a great, relaxing, well needed vacation. Lots of games and puzzles.

We had a wonderfull vacation at this Villa. Very well located on the sea with several activities on site and near by.We were well supported by the host on planning our trip including several tips. As a note, a car is a must to visit the island.

Location is beautiful and quiet, it’s just aways from town. We rented a car since there were 7 of us and that worked just perfect. Host is excellent at responding and communicating. We had a great time! Pool was nice, although we did swim in the ocean everyday.

Positives: Beautiful location/views, very comfortable beds, excellent working A/C in the master bedroom and kitchen/living areas, fast responses from the host.Negatives: The keyless entry door lock kept malfunctioning. Initially we were locked in but the host responded quickly and a locksmith arrived within an hour to change the code. The next evening we got locked out, the host sent the locksmith again. The next day we tested it before going out and it didn’t work, so we decided to stay in for our final day. The majority of the windows either do not open or only open 2 - 4 inches. Every window and the back door have steel bars, if there were a fire and you could not get to the front door you would be trapped, (provided the keyless entry did not malfunction and lock you in). There really isn’t a jacuzzi tub because the drain stopper does not work, so you cannot fill the tub to use it. There was ZERO water pressure when taking a shower. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were all ripped with the cotton stuffing falling out. The planters around the pool were filled with dead plants. The home needs a lot of updating and better maintenance. The A/C in the guest room with the full size bed did not work. We didn’t try the A/C in the guest bedroom with the 2 single beds.

We had a good stay overall in the beautiful Bahamas.

What a wonderful location right on the sea. Over the wall is a series of platforms with steps leading directly into the ocean. Some days the sea was somewhat rough, but others it was placid and you could get in easily and swim and snorkel in the clear water. A/C worked well in the property and it was a quiet location. The property had tons of towels and was decently well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The hammock in the back was a lovely spot to relax along with the deck chairs. Some elements were a bit tired or showing some age, but overall, it was a great stay.

Amazing location, perfect for people like us enjoying a peaceful neighborhood. Yet, a short drive away from shopping centers and activities. We enjoyed snorkeling and fishing at the property and the swimming pool was a plus for our teens. The house was great for us and I would have given a 5-star rating with a bit better maintenance. Overall, we had a great time.

Overall, amazing place. You can't beat the views and peaceful seclusion. If you want a place to just be alone, this is the place. We had such a blast with my kids swimming on the reef, that the pool seemed kind of pointless and dirty compared to how crystal clear and calm the ocean was. Beach is more of a locals beach (not maintained with a good amount of broken glass), but had it all to ourselves. 20 minute drive from all the main attractions of the island, if you want to go out. Only negative is a lot of stuff is showing significant wear. Dishwasher leaks, we had no running water for 2 hours due to an old electrical issues, cracks in tiles out back, etc.
