NOVA - A Luxury 3 Beds Villa with private pool

Unfortunately house was dirty, ants in the kitchen, broken fridge and cheap fixes on broken furnitures. I had to call to get the swimming pool cleaned. The one of the window door was not closing, surely there is no home inspection. The managing company needs to get this serious.

A lovely villa, nicely tucked away but not far from everything either, expecially if you hire a car which i would highly recommend as cheaper than taxis and makes exploring the island much easier. It is near a construction site so can get noisy first thing in the morning but okay for us as we were early risers and the beds were really comfy which made up for it! George was on hand and came over very quickly to fix any issues we had. The villa is certainly looking more lived in than in the pictures and outdoor furnishings for terrace was not as pictured, we only had 2 quite worn and dirty sun lounges on the terrace and not the white table and chairs as pictured. Also no cushions on the outdoor loungers, pool seemed smaller in person but could just be the pictures. Overall a very pleasant stay for our 1st time in Cyprus!

the cleaning of the house is not done well enough, the swimming pool was dirty we had to report it but a team intervened very quickly the house is comfortable well located but villa 2 let rents villas to young people who party all the day and all night (unacceptable on vacation … fortunately this villa was not too close to ours … otherwise we had a very good holiday

The villa is amazing and has everything you may need for your holidays: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, grill, microwave oven, coffee machine. It's new and spacious. We were 6 people spending 1 week in the villa and we enjoyed a lot. Swimming pool is not big, but it's enough for families to have fun. There are lots of nice beaches near the villa, which you can easily reach by car. Supermarkets 5-10 min drive. The same is for pharmacies (in case). The big minus was only that there is a construction near the villa (about which we didn't know), meaning that you will not be able to enjoy silent sleep from 6 a.m.

When we arrived in the house the cleaning was poorly done (hair on the floor, fingerprints on the furniture, dirty armchairs, hair on the floor ...) In these times of Covid I find it unacceptable We informed the woman about it housekeeper who returned to clean two days later. We were invaded by ants there were everywhere outside we informed the Landlord who brought someone who came very quickly. They are building new houses in front of the Villa there was noise every day from 7 am construction machinery woke us up. Otherwise beautiful house with everything you need very well located we had a great time in this villa and we will surely come back next year.

Beautiful, brand new house and very clean. Big and comfortable, fully equipped, (a bit weak WiFi signal, but not a big problem), definitely the perfect place to enjoy your family holidays! We had a great time! We would love to book again for next year! I recommend it for sure!

Really it was not just perfect,put just amaizing. We had all tha family great time. I recommend it for sureeeee. Quiet and nice place. Iasonas and kiriaki are tha best!!!! Thanks!!!!!
