The host was great! Responded to emails and prepared an excellent house for our visit. The house book is one of the best I've seen. The floor plan is super and my wife and I each had space to set up and office. The location is convenient to multiple gulf and restaurants. The temps were a bit chilly during our stay, but the spa/hot tub warmed us up just fine. Also nice staying a house that's been lived in was outstanding with spices, cookware, etc! Definitely in the top 5 of vrbo properties we've stayed in. High recommended.

This rental was perfect, with a spectacular pool area and canal view. The bedding, fully stocked kitchen, and tasteful decor were all excellent and made our stay exceptional.

This property had everything you could possibly need and more. The salt water pool was lovely the water was so soft on your skin and did not take the colour out of your swimwear. The panoramic lanai made watching the wild life so much better like a big tv screen. Margreth has added lots of little extras which made all the difference. We have stayed in many villas over the last 30 years and this one has been the best.

Home was exactly what we expected. It was clean and well cared for. It felt like a home not just a rental. Pool/spa were delightful. There were many quality bikes to use. Sunsets from the lanai were gorgeous. Loved the wildlife in the canal. We plan on returning for another adventure.

This property has everything you could ever need for vacation. We rented many homes in Rotunda West and this place exceeded all of our past homes. Best host!! We will be staying here again and again!

This home exceede our expectations! We stayed here for a week with our granddaughter. Margreth was a great hostess. She answered all of our questions timely and made our check in and out a very smooth one. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs. The beds were all comfortable, showers were great, the pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. And the sunset over the pool was beautiful every night. We have rented around 10 homes in Rotonda and this was the best experience so far. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home Margreth!

We loved this Rotonda property and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday break in a beautiful villa. Margreth, the owner, could not have been more helpful both as we were booking and during our stay. The villa is sparklingly clean, it's the best equipped place we've ever stayed in, and is exceptionally maintained. There's also a comprehensive house manual so you never need to worry about anything during your stay. We spent most of our time relaxing outside around the pool and spa enjoying the peace and quiet - which is why we chose the property. The house is on a canal and we loved watching the wildlife - lots of birds, turtles and quite a few alligators swimming past. The garage is well stocked with lots of fun equipment - we used the golf clubs to play a round at one of the Rotonda courses (The Palms). The people at the course are very friendly and helpful to visitors - it's a lovely way to spend a few hours and has some fun and challenging holes. Overall, this is the best villa we've rented on Rotonda - and we would highly recommend it. We liked it so much we've already booked it again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful surroundings. Quiet and peaceful! The house is fully stocked with what we needed. The bed was comfortable. We loved being able to use the garage. So many places to eat and go to. We will be staying here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous home. It is in a quiet, residential area and offers every amenity you could need, including all kitchen/cooking supplies, bicycles, a gas grill, beach equipment, etc. The pool is beautiful and warm. We had a very enjoyable time; highly recommend.
