Stayed Feb 18, 2025We enjoyed our two weeks stay in Cape Coral. The pool and hot tub were especially nice. We used both along with the patio every day of our stay and enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood.

Stayed Jan 27, 2024This home met all our needs and was fully stocked with all that we needed to cook all our meals. The pool and spa were clean and the lanai area was spacious and comfortable. We loved we could have our two dogs there and we had plenty of places to walk them in the surrounding neighborhood. We had a great month there

Stayed Feb 18, 2023The house was nice, but we spent 90% of our waking hours in the lanaii/pool area. I loved it, but wouldn't recommend it for families with small children, as most of it is over my head. Works for me though! Nice area - nearby grocery stores and good restaurants. Sorry to see it was already booked for next year.

Stayed Jan 10, 2023Very comfortable house. We had a minor problem that the owner and property manager took care of right away. Communication was easy with both. The bedrooms were comfortable and situated perfectly! The pool was great and the “spa” was relaxing although there are no massaging jets we still enjoyed using it. I will definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed the patio space with pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. The pool area felt private with the trees lining the backyard.

Stayed Jun 23, 2018The house is in a nice quite neighborhood. It is really close to several restaurants, grocery and shopping centers. The house is comfortable and well kept although it is a little lacking for entertainment. There is one TV in the living room and that is all. There is not a DVD player at all. There is an antenna and an Amazon Fire Stick but, that is all. There are no games or puzzles in the house. The pool is wonderful as well as the hot tub. You do need to plan ahead for the hot tub because it takes three hours to heat up. We really did enjoy our time at American Eagle and would rent it again.
