Nice 3 Bed 2 Bath Golf View Villa South Facing Pool

- The pictures on the listing do not match reality. The place needs serious upkeep. - Landscaping is encroaching into the lanai and screen door cannot be used due to excessive weeds. - There is mold in the pool around the top tile and water feature. - Mold in the primary shower. - Pool tile is breaking off into the pool. - Pool deck needs power washing. - Kitchen light cover kept falling down. - There was very little room for our kitchen foods and such because the cabinets were stuffed with house ware and left behinds. - Refrigerator door shelves were broke and told the host. After being there a month nothing was done to repair. - We sure would have liked to have known they were repaving the entire area. Made getting in and out of house very interesting and caused delays in our travel. - I would not recommend this place until some TLC is done to it. - Grill was not clean and full of grease even though there is a sign there stating to clean it

Lovely villa, good location, private with pool.Well equipped, Good quality furniture all round, huge master bath and powerful shower. Everything you need would recommend.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Floors were a little dirty. Left my socks black on the bottom after walking around inside. Fans in bedrooms didn’t work. Batteries were corroded in controller. Microwave wasn’t functioning. Fans in kitchen was quite dirty. Overall it was a lovely home.

House was close to what we wanted to explore, some SW FL beaches: Boca Granda, Don Pedro Island & Manasota Key… the layout and set up of the house was good for us. However, we felt it was a bit used? tired? Needs a general refresher here and there. Was not entirely clean upon arrival (ex hairs on floors, smell. House manger was very good responding to any issue.

Great home in a great location. Well stocked with essentials.

We spent a total of three weeks there in May 2023 and enjoyed our stay very much. Two weeks with our adult daughter and one week as a couple. The house is large and quietly located. It is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable there. The property management responds incredibly quickly to requests and takes care of the tenants' concerns very quickly and competently. We will gladly come back again. Susanne and Norbert (Germany)

This house is very private with a great sunny-all-day pool. There is every appliance that you can imagine in the kitchen as well as spices! We had a relaxing time and would definitely go back!

Nice and clean. Everything in line with what was agreed. Recommended.

Had a great time. Pool does need a good cleaning. We did have a issue with the central air that was fixed within a couple hours. Great communication with rental services.

Commode in master bedroom needs fixed or replaced. Heat for pool should be included in rental. Disappointing that pool was too cold to use. Otherwise, nice home. Beautiful kitchen and master bedroom. Everything we needed!
