Newly Remodeled, 900 S.F. Luxury Villa, minutes from Coligny Beach and Shopping

Felt really roomy, great shower and king size mattress. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, could use a small fry pan and maybe more serving type utensils as well as dish rags or scrubby sponges. Building is really clean and pool is really nice. Very close to beach and shopping center. Ample parking. Would rent this again if we ever come back.

The condo is very nice and in a great location...very close to the beach and all of the wonderful shops and restaurants in Coligny. The host was wonderful and very responsive.

The condo was conveniently located within a short distance to the beach. The interior was updated and very nice and quiet. We would highly recommend this place. One suggestion would be to bring your own beach towels when you come here. We will certainly be back.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, great location. Everything was perfect except that it does smell faintly of cigarette smoke. It’s subtle but I have a sensitive nose. I noted it each time we entered the home but did not notice after a few minutes of being in it so it wasn’t problematic. Otherwise this is a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect location for easy access to the beach and nearby shopping square.

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and Coligny plaza!The condo was amazingly clean and just like the photos. We appreciated the cart and beach chairs with umbrella for our beach days included in the condo.Would definitely recommend!

Updated condo stylishly decorated, wonderful kitchen and bathroom, large laundry room with large sized washer dryer. Beautiful granite in kitchen & bath, very nice appliances. Plenty of dishes & glassware, pots pans. Comfortable bed. Spacious, and perfect location, just a short walk to Coligny beach, and many good restaurants close by. The hosts are very responsive to any of our needs. Our 2nd time there, and we'll be back!

This condo was so well planned. Furnishings are much above typically furnished condos. It has tons of storage everywhere; appliances are top name brands and full sized. The location is perfect, making it easy to walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza and more. The whole complex is quiet and attractive. Can’t wait to return!

My wife and I rented this unit to attend two days at the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament and spend four days on the beach. The condo was exactly as advertised. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. It has a full size washer and dryer. There is a large balcony where we enjoyed sitting in the evening. The unit is well furnished and modern. The unit was very clean.

Had an enjoyable stay at this lovely condo in Hilton Head. It was just as described on VRBO. The owners were responsive to our questions, and with the proximity to the bench, restaurants and shopping, it made the visit to Hilton Head memorable. We can certainly recommend this condo and location!

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head! The condo was close to everything it was a perfect weekend getaway.The only negative comment I have is the downstairs neighbor smokes cigarettes and there was sometimes a lingering smell in the unit, it was not overwhelming, but it was noticeable.

The condo is very nice with tons of storage. The location is great; it is within walking distance to several restaurants and right across the street from the beach.

Will be back to this condo for sure. It’s clean & spacious. Very easy communicating with owner who follows up on everything. Plus, location is right across the street from the beach. Easy walk. Coligny market also near by and a short walk. No need to move your car. I’d give this a 10 star if there was one.

Very nice, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Entire unit was updated. Perfect location, short walk to beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Owners were only a phone call away and helpful with any of our needs and questions. Parking was convenient and covered. Looking forward to our next stay. Recommend highly.

This condo was super clean & nicely updated! Loved having chairs & a beach cart ready to use. Property Managers responded quickly to all questions and issues. A bit of a walk to the beach, but loved being near Coligny plaza. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I came to HH for our babymoon. The proximity of the condo to the beach and Coligny was so convenient. Shelley was very helpful in giving suggestions to local restaurants to eat at! She gave us her cell phone number but we didn't have any issues while we were there. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the fact that there were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use as well. Not to mention, having a washer and dryer right in the apartment was convenient as well. The only thing that could have made this stay better was a view of the ocean but I am definitely not complaining. We had a wonderful time!

Property was as listed. Comfortable king sized bed for sleeping with second TV in room. Living room and dining area were spacious. Kitchen was nicely laid out with everything you'd need. Balcony was large for relaxing or reading. Close to beach or restaurants/shops!! The
