Stayed Dec 31, 1969I will stay here next time I come to Port Charlotte! This home was beautifully kept and in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I loved the ample space and the wonderful views nearby. The master suite is large with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It is minutes from the beach and a Publix grocery store. I stayed here on my trip to Boca Grande and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This lovely home served as our landing pad for a few nights while visiting family nearby. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. This one will be our first choice if we are back in the area.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was so wonderful to check in after driving in from Texas to the home. It was clean, cozy, safe, and quiet. It’s about 12-15 minutes from the nearest beach, and ultimately a great place to relax. A nice unexpected perk was the kitchen cooking appliances and dishes. I love being able to use stainless steel or glass options. We hope to make it to Florida again this summer and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Stayed Apr 30, 2021Very nice stay at this property, the owner was responsive and I had zero issues. The property is actually very close 15 minutes away from Boca Grande which is just an awesome place to visit and the beaches are pristine. I will stay again!

Stayed Feb 22, 2021We stayed at this rental for one week in February 2021. The property was SO clean, that we questioned if we were the first ones to stay in it! The rooms were decorated well making the place very comfortable to stay in. Internet speed was pretty slow, but manageable. The one stall garage is small with a washer/dryer in it. I think a small car would fit, but our 17' boat did not even with a swing-out trailer hitch. Fortunately, the property owner allowed us to park our boat on the grass next to the driveway. The boat launch across from the property was ideal with very few people using it. This is a big plus! We would stay here again.
