This villa is suitable for families and couples is set in the little ancient village of Podgora overlooking the adriatic sea. The brand new villa built and finished in 2013 is equipped with all modern equipment. It is 220 square metres which includes a ground floor with large living room, dining room, large kitchen, laundry with toilet. The 1st floor has 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms. The 2nd floor has the master bedroom with bathroom. All bedrooms have balcony with sea views from the bed.

Stayed Aug 13, 2024We had a lovely stay. The view was breathtaking and the pool was the perfect place to sit and take it all in. Leon was helpful from the start and keen to make our stay perfect. He even got us a doctor's appointment when our daughter was unwell. The villa is beautiful and the air conditioning is a lifesaver in the heat of the Summer. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Stayed Oct 1, 2019We enjoyed our stay very much. It would be difficult without a car but we had one so we enjoyed daily trips to nearby towns and beaches. The pool is nice but it is not heated so in October you have to be motivated. The house is well equipped and comfortable. We would love to return.

Stayed Sep 14, 2019This is probably the best Villa in this area. The views are stunning and the villa has a great layout with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. A car is advisable as there is no supermarket within easy walking. The owner is approachable and helpful. Podgora has a harbour for boat excursions and several beaches. The sea is clear with designated swimming areas. Lots of places to visit and a nearby National Park Biokovo .
