New Villa Vista Royal! Within walking distance Jan Thiel beach, great location.

EVERYTHING was amazing. The home is beautiful and location is excellent. Walking distance to the beaches, shops and supermarket. The weather was excellent, fireworks for New Year's Eve was SPECTACULAR! Better than I have ever seen before. This host is fabulous. Very attentive and helpful. They made an excellent referral for a private chef for the entire week. The thing that made all the difference for us and demonstrates how incredible these owners are is that we were stuck on the day the airspace closed down (Jan 3). The owners were quick to reach out and note that we could stay in the home if we couldn't fly home. Very special feeling. I would highly recommend this property and we will most certainly be back :)

Property was clean. Do remember to bring power adapters as they don’t have them. You also need your own shampoo etc. there was one hairdryer so if you have a big group bring an extra. You’re within a few minute walk to a grocery store and nice beach so location is good. Pool is really nice and always cool and refreshing!!

The house was great - fit our needs perfectly. Pool was fantastic. It would be great if electricity use allowed was higher, but it wasn't the end of the world. We chose to use the A/C more and was well worth the extra cost.

Everyone in our group loved this property. Stunning pool, large bedrooms, and a great location. An easy walk to Jan Thiel beach. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the house. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and having 2 fridges was really helpful with the number of people we had there. Having some basic needs (like toilet paper, hand soap, etc) was also really helpful to have already at the house. AC works great in all the rooms and the ceiling fans were really helpful. We had one minor issue (eg pool lights not working) but the management company responded and fixed that very quickly. Check in/out was also seamless. I would definitely return and recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Jan Thiel! The house was perfect for our group of shared families—spacious, stylish, and in a great location close to the beach. The outdoor space, especially the pool, was a highlight and made for a truly relaxing experience.We did have a few small hiccups, like initially struggling to figure out the appliances, and we were surprised that the bathrooms didn’t have doors, which took some getting used to. However, the property manager was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this house to others looking for a gorgeous and well-located vacation home in Jan Thiel!

Wij hebben genoten van onze verblijf in jullie huis. The design of the house is very attractive, especially the open and airy feel to the house aided by the overhead fans in all the rooms. The outside space is Heavenly! We basically spent most of our time outdoors. The different sitting areas and your stylish/comfortable furniture suited our large group. We liked that the transition going from the Living room/kitchen area to outside was so effortless. The house was well equipped. We enjoy cooking and you had all the essentials and more.Beds/pillows/linens were of good quality and were very comfortable. We would highly recommend a stay at your lovely home to our family and friends without any reserve. Thank you again.
