Are especially forbidden: bachelor/bachelorette parties, baptisms, alcoholic birthdays, children's birthdays, weddings etc...<br>We want tenants to use the villa in a quiet and family setting.<br><br>A cleaning fee of €190 must be paid on the day of arrival (for all rentals). If the entrance is on a Sunday or a public holiday, an additional cleaning fee may be requested. <br><br><br>Security deposit is 1800 euros will be required on arrival and will be destroyed no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the villa.<br><br>Check-in time: 3 p.m.<br>Check-out time: 10am<br><br>Tenants are required to leave free access to the accommodation for any repair or cleaning intervention that may allow the resolution of a malfunction or failure observed.
