The house was beautiful and very clean. The floor plan made it possible for a large group to enjoy alone time too. Joe was extremely easy to work with. The scenery was unbelievable We will surely stay there again.

Rooms were great. The living room size accomodated our group of 20. Beds were comfortable except futon wasn't great. We did bring a couple blowups to accomodate our sleeping needs as the beds were for 2 sleepers except for twin bunks. Well stocked kitchen and bath/pool towels. The manager was very responsive to our request for increased heat fir jacuzzi and other needs. Balcony had a beautiful view and provided increased space for gathering. Wonderful place to stay.

10 people stayed for 5 nights, AC worked great during summer heat wave with higher than normal temps. Had a few hiccups but the local contact addressed quickly and efficiently. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Eating outside and BBQ when it cooled off was wonderful. The pool was heaven. Notes for future users: this is a two story house, but we used a car to transport our luggage to the side access by the pool for the lower floor. My mom and dad (79 & 80) weren't keen on stairs and stayed mainly on the upper floor. There are a lot of light switches and it took us a few days to figure what went where. AC is noisy, effective but noisy. Bedroom off the main living area ahould be occupied by a sound sleeper (not my sister lol).Bunkhouse is definitely for kids. We used it for my grown son and DIL, on the lower queen bunk, and with a fan they made do. No windows made for dark mornings. And a great photo op for the whole family. Hornets also like the pool.

We had a such a great stay! Comfortable, lots of space for all of our guests, nice outdoor seating options, great communication with owner, and we liked the location. Our only issue was that the sports equipment was a bit run down (pool sticks, bags for cornhole, etc).

The property was beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation. The view was gorgeous and Joe, the host, was super responsive.

The property worked out perfectly for our family. Plenty of space and location was convenient. Sunrise was awesome to see everyday with hot air balloons launching from the valley. Pool was surprisingly cold even with the hot days so maybe consider adding heat but this didn’t keep us out of it. Hot tub in the evening was great. Thanks Joe for sharing your property with us!

This house is made for a good party. Comes with a lot of essentials and has plenty of space for everyone especially the bunk house. We would 100% book here again.

This place had great views from the balcony - the whole group enjoyed spending time out there in the mornings and evenings! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out and relax. There were games available but unfortunately they were all in poor condition and missing pieces. Overall the location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time. The location and view were beautiful, the accomodations very nice and comfortable, and the owner easy to notify re: questions we had. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect!!’

We had a great week with our “kids”, their wives, and our grandchildren! There was plenty of rooms and beds to make everyone comfortable and we really appreciated that there was at least 2 pack and plays! The house was very well stocked with towels in bathrooms and for the pool, kitchen necessities, etc. We had a little issue with the pool heating but Joe was able to have someone fix the problem. We also appreciate that we were able to check in early so we didn’t have to find a place to entertain the littles. The sunrises were gorgeous! Overall, it was a great place!

This place was nice, Joe helped get the hot tub working when there was a problem. We had 6 adults and one young child under 1 and the place could easily sleep 18. The house is huge and does have amazing views. Only downfall was the jacuzzi was not working correctly for most of our week and it would be nice to be able to pick when to turn on (hot water) at our own discretion other than 6pm-10pm. Sometimes we were travelling and not back until after 9pm so really could use it. House does need some updating and things fixed (bath fan lower master), but other than that this was a great stay and would stay here again in the future. I would also recommend to family and friends for larger groups.

We had 19 in our group from MN and stayed a week. The place was fantastic and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend this place

The home was very clean. We paid for early check-in but we were happy to get in a couple of hours early. We wish we had kindling firewood because the evening was cold and it still would've been great to have an event outside. Although the hot pool was on, not all of us wanted to be in it. However, no one else wanted to go outside. There was a log--but we needed kindling wood.The home had everything we needed, which was greatly appreciated....from the coffee pot to the large pots and pans we used. The trash cans were already full so we had to push down on the trash to place our trash in the cans. However, we had more trash so we just bagged them and placed them in the garage as Karen instructed us. tt would be great if the gravel backyard would be grassed. It was difficult to walk on the gravel. All in all the rooms were clean, the home had all the beddings and towels we needed. Thank you very much.

Lovely property with breathtaking views! The house comfortably accommodated 16 of us ages 15-74! The teens loved the pool table and hot tub! The home was very clean too! In original communication for booking I was offered the bunkhouse at no charge. Upon checking in the master bedroom on the main level was locked and the bunkhouse was locked. We ended up unlocking the master ourselves and received the bunkhouse code after a slow back and forth communication with the host. We stayed Thursday through Monday and the fridge in the kitchen stopped working on Saturday of our stay. I never did receive a response from the host regarding the fridge not working. Thankfully there was a fridge in the garage…not clean…to keep our food. Overall, great property just slow to no communication from the host.

Amazing home for our family reunion / Thanksgiving. There were 17 of us including 4 under 6 yrs old and the home was perfect with a gorgeous view.

Great spacious place for the 6 of us to get together , talk, eat and play games but then 6 separate bedrooms for our own personal space! Views are gorgeous!

It was fantastic, the pool, hot tub, the scenic views and lots of space.

My Fiance and I stayed here with 12 other of our friends and family for the week for our wedding. We paid to have the pool heated and enjoyed it and the hot tub all week. It was a great place for us all to have plenty of room and give us a place to come back to after our daily adventures. I hope we can make it back for a stay again. Can't recommend this place or Michael enough.

We stayed at this beautiful home with 6 grandchildren and 9 adults and it was everything we had hoped for!! Close to the venue and so splendid that we only left to go to the wedding!! We needed an extension cord and Michael brought it to the door. The bunkhouse is amazing for children- the entire house is just beautiful. We want to come up from Phoenix for a vacation again! That comes from our 6 year old grandson!

We love staying here! The main floor was open and comfortable for all of our family. The game room downstairs was a great bonus, And we loved playing in the pool and sitting in the hot tub. Michael, the property manager was easy to communicate with and get a hold of and very professional. We also loved the corn hole game and had mini tournaments among our group. The home was close to shopping and restaurants and had a beautiful view!

This place was perfect! What an awesome view and it was perfect to accommodate the entire wedding party.

Beautiful property. Perfect for large gathering of friends and family. Plenty of room to accomodate a group of 20. Amazing views. Had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen helped make meal time and entertaining easy. Pool table was a favorite area, also sitting out on top deck or down by hot tub at night. Communication and check in very good.

We used the home for a family reunion. 12 adults and 6 kids. All the kids slept in the bunk house comfortably. From the beginning, MICHAEL went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. The view from the balcony was amazing! Believe it or not, lots to do in Cottonwood and the surrounding areas. Thank you Michael for being a great host!

We loved our stay at the 7J in Cottonwood. We were a group of 20, 16 adult and 4 kids. First of all we do check for cleanliness as we have stayed places that have not been that clean but the 7J was spotless. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The kitchen large enough to handle a lot of people crowding around the island. The folks who went to bed early didn’t hear the loud chatter or cheers from the group who played several late night rounds of Left, Right, and Center. The pool was a welcome relief from the searing heat. We spent some time in Sedona. The drive did not feel burdensome and it was nice to escape the hustle and bustle of Sedona by staying in the quiet outlying area of Cottonwood. The location felt very private. Michael was our host and I cannot say enough good things about him. He provided lots of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. He checked in daily to make sure our stay was going well. We had a couple of things we needed Michael’s help with and he was super responsive. We were greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine on the dining room table, fresh baked goods on the kitchen counter, and a few essentials in the fridge! If our travels bring us back that way, we will definitely stay there again. Or at any other place Michael hosts.

My family and I were looking for a place that was big enough to accommodate 6 families for a weekend. This place was absolutely perfect! There was enough space for everyone to mingle and have fun. The bunk house was great because all the kids slept in there together while the adults took the bedrooms. There were plenty of restrooms and showers as well. The highlight was definitely the pool, the kids got to swim during the day while the adults used the jacuzzi in the evening. Michael was such a great host and super attentive. He made sure everything was ready to go leading up to our stay and made sure we were taken care of during the duration of our stay. Michael also left a nice bottle of wine and flowers upon our welcome, so thoughtful! I will absolutely stay here again in the future and I recommend it for large families with lots of kids.
