Stayed Mar 31, 2024Very fun, unique house! We loved the decor including the personal touches of the family who owns it. Just as described & pictured, lots of room, very comfortable & clean. Great stay with kids - they loved the tree house & swinging in the breeze in the hammocks out front. Great alternative to staying in Sedona, easy drive to that area. Beautiful view too. We would definitely reco and would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great stay at the Bird House! The bedrooms had blackout curtains and the beds were very comfortable. They had plenty of coffee and the coffeemaker worked great. The property is pretty large so there was good parking space and room for the kids to run around. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our pet friendly stay here at Bird's House in Cottonwood! Appreciated all the little things that went into this home by its owners to give it their own special touch. Neighborhood was quiet and close to Jerome & Sedona and all it offered. The host made great suggestions in the welcome guide and we pretty much took them up on everything! I would highly recommend this clean, comfortable home for your upcoming trip to the Sedona area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed May 23, 2023We had an amazing stay at the Bird House. The house was spacious and clean. All of the bedrooms had blackout curtains and the beds were comfortable. The coffee maker worked great and they supplied plenty of coffee. The house is right down the street from Walmart and Fry’s. We will definitely stay here again.
