SECRET GARDEN: 100+ year-old grapefruit, avocado, and lemon trees, a private lawn, outdoor seating, and sweeping canyon views. Perfect for morning yoga, playing fetch, or relaxing under the pergola.

All areas of the property are available to guests — courtyard, all three levels, pool, hot tub, deck, yard, and secret garden.



The Neighborhood:

Beachwood Canyon is one of LA's most charming hillside neighborhoods, tucked just beneath the Hollywood Sign. Known for quiet winding streets, historic homes, and lush canyon views, it feels like a secluded retreat while remaining minutes from Hollywood, studios, and hiking. Locals love the strong community vibe, scenic walks, and easy access to Griffith Park.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is recommended, but Uber is readily available. Beachwood Café and a local market are a 4-minute walk. Hollywood and major studios are under 15 minutes.

NO MUSIC BY THE POOL PAST SUNSET

QUIET HOURS START AT 10 PM — even talking echoes throughout the neighborhood

ENTERING AND EXITING — loud cars and drunk guests are disruptive to neighbors

BEING RUDE TO NEIGHBORS — you will be asked to leave immediately



Break any of these rules and you will be evicted with no refund and a $1,000 noise fine. The neighborhood is on high alert and police will be called.

For security: outdoor security cameras, Ring cameras, and a noise monitoring device are active on the property. You will be notified if noise levels exceed the limit.

Pool & jacuzzi maintenance occurs once a week. You will be notified the day before.

Jacuzzi heat is included. Pool heat is $200/day — 24-hour notice required, takes ~15 hours to heat up.
