New home, family-sized pool villa with whirlpool.

We had a fantastic stay at this Cape Coral home!! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The homes location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making our stay seamless. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation!

Anita's home was beautiful and very clean. Neighbors were great. Anita is very organized and takes great care of her property. I'm planning on staying there again next year. I really loved staying at her home . Anita has a wonderful family too.

This house was gorgeous and looks exactly as it does in pictures. Very clean and good location to Publix, target, and many food locations. The pool and hot were perfect and warm even in cooler weather. Anita was amazing and so accommodating. We are actually staying at another one of her properties because she was so great! HIGHLY recommend!

Overall great stay!! Anita was very accommodating/attentive and the property was as described and then some. The kitchen area, open concept feel and rooms spread out to the various corners of the home were perfect for our group. We would definitely stay again.

Great property! Very clean and comfortable. Host was very communicative and even came to show us how to use the hot tub. Kept in touch during tropical storm and offered suggestions to prepare. Would definitely recommend to those staying in the area.

We stayed at this property for our family vacation. It is a fantastic place. The home is everything it appears to be in the add. Updated - clean - fully stocked kitchen. The pool area is beautiful and the view of the canal is so peaceful. We had to small children with us and Anita had a baby fence put up around the pool. It was perfect because we could all enjoy the pool without worrying about a child accidently falling in. We rent through VRBO every year and this is our favorite. Anita and her daughter Lea were awesome. I hope to stay here again next year!

The house was perfect for our group of 9. The house was very clean and everything was updated and we had everything we needed! Very nice and clean pool! Our family has been coming to Cape Coral for the last 4 years and this was by far the cleanest and nicest house we have stayed in! Anita was available if we needed anything! Dont hesitate staying here if you want a nice place on a quiet street! We will definitely be back!

Anita’s home is beautiful and she is an amazing host. Her communication with us was excellent. The house has a gorgeous pool and separate hot tub. Our kids had fun fishing in the canal and all 4 of them had their own bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The house was stocked with hand soaps in the bathrooms, dishwashing pods, garbage bags and other things which was really nice. There were lots of towels for showering as well as the pool. The location is great and is really close to Publix and Target. We will definitely be back!

Anita was a great host from booking annd throughout our stay in Florida. House was fully equipped with everything you would need if you are flying in from out of State. Each room is super clean and the pool was spectacular. We had adults and kids which all had nothing but good things to say about this house.

House spotless, host Anita very accessible, it looks just like the pics. Would highly recommend. Quiet neighborhood. There were 6 of us and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
