** Exterior video surveillance at entrance points, which record when motion is detected. We care about protecting your privacy - NO cameras face the interior or inside the house.
** NO Parties- We want you to have a good time, but quiet hours are enforced (10 pm) and we need to respect our neighbors. You will be fined and may have to leave the property with no refund
** NO Smoking and/or vaping inside the home or near any entry points
